Thanks for that reminder. Why do you think he did this? What kind of activity would require it? Drug dealing, I guess? Just thinking out loud there's a lot we don't know about EA....the more we did could help with ideas in where to find Christina.
Thanks for your thoughts...I know these are just your ideas that you put out there ....thank you....I'm glad no one wants to pick apart your words...I know you are just looking for ideas....thank you.

this Quintanilla statement makes perfect sense to me. Even though Sprint has a 'strict standard' that EA thought he 'had the authority' to take phones from his employer. I think EA is #1 in EA's book... always. That's why I just can't believe that he would harm CM for some one else and not say anything.

BBM- I am not so sure he has not already told.
I think to be forthcoming right now would be excellent provided that his Legal team has 100% accurate and complete information.

maybe he has... I don't know. Im guessing if he did, there will other arrests in relation to this case soon. Which I would welcome. I want anyone involved in her disappearance arrested and I don't care who they are. The sooner the better. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Agreed and I would add "involved in her disappearance" to anyone who had knowledge and/or a hand in a cover-up.

Hey everyone, I haven't been on the CM page much lately, so desperately needing to catch up here. I watched the special last night on ID and it makes me so sad and furious as well! What is the latest on EA?Is he [modsnip]still stating his innocence, anything new at all?? I briefly read that his parents are visiting him often in prison, correct? They can not possibly think he's innocent, do they??? Also, will this move to trial even if Christina is not found? Sorry for so many questions at once ;) TIA

But that's just what you'd expect a defence attorney to say IMO, are you doubting the DNA evidence presented by LE?

Yeah.. he's probably not gonna say "uh-oh... we're screwed..."

Good point. Question is....why did he steal the phone? That happened on Aug. 25. If whatever happened the early morning of Aug. 30 was not premeditated, why else would he need to steal a phone?

Because he wanted a gold Iphone... ? Gotta keep up his image...!

I think EA just liked to "show off" by carrying an expensive phone. He used his own number, no matter which phone he had.
IMO

Sprint coworkers speak out about Arochi’s theft arrest
“He had three phones and would switch them out,” said a coworker, who asked to remain anonymous. “It was always the same number, but he would switch them out. I was there the day [he was caught]. We got a shipment of a few phones that were not in our inventory, and he had them hidden on his desk.”

I agree with this.. I actually also think Sprint used the phone theft more as an excuse to fire him because of the CM investigation.. JMO

Although if he wanted a gold iphone he probably shouldn't have stolen a Galaxy

I'm curious as to what makes you think that? Wasnt he arrested in Sept for the phone stealing? His name wasn't made public until Oct with the picketing (except here on WS). Do you think LE went to management with their suspicions? I'm sure LE was interviewing EA and employees, but I would doubt that they would say they suspected him. Do you think it was just because of all the interviewing? TIA

This has come up many times over the past few months, Does any one have a link that states EA is a drug dealer or has ever been arrested specific to drugs? TIA

Personally, I don't believe EA is a dealer.. I do think he is a recreational user & maybe gets a little extra for parties favors..

Jmo...Christina did not leave the garage in her car. Her DNA is found in the trunk of the last person known to be with her. He is the prime suspect in her kidnapping. I would make the leap that she left the garage in his trunk.

LOL... Suzy, I still use a flip-phone.. Forgot it was a Galaxy, not an Iphone..

I was actually thinking that because of the co-workers accusations about the injuries & the way EA was acting, plus the interviewing.. It would just seem that upper management could have been aware of all that... I certainly could be wrong.. JMO

IMO, that would be an HR nightmare. I'd bet the official reason for his termination is listed as theft.

Okay I can see that. But 3 phones? Why did he keep switching out 3 phones?

On Nov. 1, Arochi said he was on a leave of absence from Sprint due to the Morris investigation, but according to coworkers, Arochi was fired after his arrest for theft.

“He had three phones and would switch them out,” said a coworker, who asked to remain anonymous. “It was always the same number, but he would switch them out. I was there the day [he was caught]. We got a shipment of a few phones that were not in our inventory, and he had them hidden on his desk.”

Respectfully I have made my stance known on how I feel about this particular DNA.
with regards to circumstances of the case. I posted it yesterday
My opinion and reservations at this juncture in the process should not
be ridiculed.- not saying that you specific - just a general statement that this is how I see it and feel.
I am in no way saying that anyone else must or has to agree with me or see it my way.
JMO about the DNA. In the affidavit.
DNA in the trunk section area Does Not Prove at all there was an intent to kidnap or assault,Nor does it prove she is dead or alive.
Nor does it prove her physical body was actually in that space.
as I see it right now the only prove up is ..an unconfirmed component of a type of CM fluid made it to the trunk section.
For all we know she threw up back there with the lid open .. or she threw up in a bag that sat back there- perhaps EA got a towel to wipe the throw up off and transferred .

But I am not on board with the group here of the body being dead in the trunk at this point,at all. JMO~

Unless she shows up or they find her, you are correct: it will be up to a jury to decide.

Again, police had to say something in the affidavit in order to get the warrants. Affidavits are full or theories and beliefs, not proof. That's why affiants have to say the "believe" or "believe based on."

I've spoken of this many times, the AK charge. It seems ramped up, in my opinion, because it has to be based on the intent to do one of six things stated in the law. Only one of those six could possibly fit - the harm or sexual assault one.

They have no proof that he did either of those things, and so they simply rely on "she said" testimony of a different girl who was at the apartment that night in the affidavit for the arrest. Without the stretching, in my opinion, of this other girl's testimony, there is no basis for the arrest warrant.

If there were stronger evidence that he did something, they would have arrested him sooner. Right now, because of the charge they've chosen, it's all circumstantial and based on trying to prove a mindset that may not have even existed except in another girl's mind.

Also, keep in mind that everything used or described as evidence in the affidavit will not necessarily be used in an eventual trial. The defense attorney will, obviously, ask the judge to keep some evidence out of trial. He will do so to get it on record that it may not have been gathered properly or legally.

And, again, defense attorneys do this not just for the trial at hand, but for the possibility of appeal, where justices higher up the line simply look at whether the correct law was chosen and followed, whether the procedures were followed correctly along the way, and whether evidence was properly admitted or kept out.

In short, as stated before, without CM showing up or being found, this could be a long, long process.

We've heard this before...

Quintanilla said investigators were “just trying to fan the fire, hoping something is going to pop up” by releasing the documents. “They don’t have any evidence,” he said.

He also said a forensic inspection of Arochi’s Camaro was done on Sept. 26, the day a search warrant was approved by a Collin County court. But no results of the inspection have been released, he said.

“It’s more than sufficient time for them to get [the results] back,” Quintanilla said. “It takes three days, four days. But a month to get the data back? Why have they taken so long?

“If they have something, bring the charges,” he said.
