C'mon....are we really developing cases here? All that were doing here is saying our own opinions, discussing what we've read, what we believe and what we think may have happened. No one involved in the case really cares what we believe, think or say. (All in my own opinion, of course)

You're right. Best I take a breather. Tomorrow I'll return with a better attitude. :offtobed: :)

Here, here, BaeMomma. This is a hobby, not a profession so I don't think we should take ourselves too seriously. With so few facts it is primarily a guessing game. Imo

Lol, oh trust me I don't take this seriously. Have you read what I was responding to? I am fully aware it's a hobby, no one is paying me for the time I spend here.

Do we realllly think the phone that HF turned over to LE is his only phone??
"Yo, Copper, here's my phone. Feel free to peruse it, ignore any texts about rollin on X or calls to people around the border..."

Or better yet, "wipe" that phone clean and exchange it for a new one. The dealers I've ever seen work with more than 1 phone.

Yes, I did read what you were responding to.
I meant the "here, here" as "I agree heartily with you".......as in the British Parliament. Lol

Ok, I agree. It's helpful for VI's who are independently searching but I don't beleve that LE nor the defense care about what's happening here. I could be wrong, maybe they're sleuthing right along with us and because of us, the case is developing. I'm not buying that part though.

LE in other cases have read here and currently are reading here in other cases. In fact on one missing persons cases I followed, the VI was a Detective on the case. I don't know if they are reading along on this case, but it wouldn't surprise me. They should because if people come here and post information that can potential help them, then it is a win. If it doesn't help, then no biggie.

  • #906
Someone please remind me, wasn't there a missing person report earlier than the one that MM filed? I remember at one point we had questioned if this was someone reporting CM missing earlier.
TxYorkieMom!!! Help! Do you have that info? You are the link/info Queen!!

I don't remember this at all. Maybe I missed it but I've been reading the threads from the first post and don't recall this.

Thanks for the laugh, it went right over my head. I've been up for way too many hours.

Could Christina have been put in EA's trunk in garage and then as EA is driving she did pop the trunk(using glow in the dark handle) which then caused EA to freak out and hit something as he stopped/ or she was able to run off and he hit her with the car(sorry for graphics) to subdue her?

Any scenario that has her IN HIS TRUNK is already working from the pov that EA must have done something nefarious, as there's no way she would have been voluntarily there. There's the Kidnapping, which is why he's locked up and awaiting trial.

As for how, where, when, and why she was removed from his trunk, one thing we know: EA knows the answer, because the DNA shows that EA put her IN HIS TRUNK.

Obviously she would not get in the trunk willingly, that is a given- LOL. I was adding a theory(aka: MOO) to the conversation/banter. :-)

If CM did leave with EA why wouldn't he just say he gave her a ride somewhere that would make the most sense being it a lie or not....

The reality is
1. He has no prior felony convictions against a person- aggravated as such (petty theft of $50.00 in 2010 is not going to be a consideration nor is the Sprint $600.00 pending charge)
2. He never resisted investigation/avoided any of their requests
3. He never fled the country or was a flight risk

Defense can show just cause as to why to have his bond lowered significantly and possibly released under supervision - based on the above alone.

(don't shoot the messenger)

Love your posts and links, just playing devil's advocate.

You've presented the defense side. Just my opinion only, I think the prosecution will argue, successfully, that he is a flight risk because he is not a US citizen (remember the immigration hold!) and he and his family have strong ties to at least one foreign country. Also, I suspect that based on the seriousness off the crime, the prosecution will argue that he is a potential threat to society and bond shouldn't be lowered. My opinion only!

Yep, and my reply wasn't meant to minimize your theory. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.

You queried: "Could Christina have been put in EA's trunk in garage and then as EA is driving she did pop the trunk(using glow in the dark handle) which then caused EA to freak out and hit something as he stopped/ or she was able to run off and he hit her with the car (sorry for graphics) to subdue her?"

But so my point is clear, I probably should have replied in a different way. Let me try again.

1 Personally, I don't think that is how she got out of the trunk.
2 But imo it's going to be pretty hard to find ways to prove or disprove how the "out of the trunk" unfolded without info from someone who was there and saw it happen.
3 Fortunately we know one person who was there.
4 Enrique Arochi, you were the last person to see her and she was in your trunk. Where is Christina Morris?

Always praying for Christina. Attended the fundraiser tonight and painted my giraffe in her honor.

I pray EA or anyone involved will be honest and tell the truth soon.

Agree, and I think his Accion America connection will harm more than it will help in this situation. Potential for many foreign connections that could it hard to find EA if he runs.

I've not seen proof that Christina's voice was on anyone's phone.
We know EA's phone was used to call HF's phone (and text) at the three times mentioned.
Where is it spelled out that Christina's voice left a message on HF's phone while using EA's phone?
(She may have done so. Where is the proof?)

Also, HF "lost" his phone during the crucial hours Christina was trying to reach him during what we usually refer to as "a flurry of calls".

JMOM said that Jonni had heard the voicemail Christina left for Hunter when she used Enrique's phone.

LE knows so much more that we here at WS are learning little by little.
There is so much more to this than just Enrique Arochi.
IMO there is reason they didn't identify EA right away.
There is a reason everyone with her has remained silent.
All the unanswered calls and texts.
lost phone
lost keys
clothes
cars

All JMO

If CM did leave with EA why wouldn't he just say he gave her a ride somewhere that would make the most sense being it a lie or not....

Are we sure EA was driving that car?
Are we sure he was IN that car?

To me this dude the day after all this happened was not acting like he did anything wrong.
He was hungover , late for work. and messed up his car.

Do I think something happened that early morning yes I do.
but EA is not the only person involved as I see it.

Why did EA leave the shops?
then return a little later?
MAYBE just MAYBE it wasn't him in his car and they were returning later to pick him back up.
Hey I could be wrong but I just feel someone else is responsible here and EA is caught in the middle of it all.
They used his car.
I don't think he had any idea she was missing those 4 days.
Who knew she was headed to that garage?

LE has a lot to prove because if someone else is responsible he is sitting pretty letting EA take the blame.

Everything is JMO

Heres the dilemma tho.... yes there is her dna on the edge of the trunk lid. Yes its EA's car but are we sure he was driving his car? If I recall we have unidentified male dna in that car also.
