Your perogative. I'm just having a hard time reconciling her DNA also in the front part of the car (unless I misunderstood) and her being thrown in the trunk in 3 minutes after an altercation. The two just don't go together IMO.

i didn't see said anything about he DNA in the front of his car. Where was that.

Det. Busby said computers were taken from home of #EnriqueArochi when search warrant was served after his arrest

If he strangled her in the trunk, there may just be saliva, which doesn't prove he strangled or injured her.

every time there is a twitter silence (for 2-3 minutes) I worry that the media got busted. My heart is breaking for Jonnie today. I drove by the courthouse this morning around 10 and just said a prayer that Christina's family and friends have answers soon!

Defense pushing that Morris could have possibly gotten into Arochi's car on her own. Emphasizing no weapon found to indicate assault

I don't understand that at all.

Surly there has to be some sort of injury?

well, perhaps it can be vomit, urine or feces...this would be the only thing I can think.... its probably therefore not blood and not semen or other bodily fluid substances indicating SA or blood for bodily injury.

Uh oh, I can't believe she stayed with him up until December after all the lies. I wouldn't have trust him at all.

BBM.
What? That is huge. (imo)
Have they not said what the DNA is ?

Yeah, but...it's only huge because they made it the basis for the arrest warrant.

Again, as I've stated before, I believe they'd have had an easier time charging him with murder, even without the body, that for aggravated kidnapping. [modsnip]

Crazy.

Went back to look at tweets...guess I made that up. Disregard.

EA didn't know that the cameras were not on him, surly he wasn't so silly to believe that they were no cameras?

obviously he was since he told a bunch of v/s stories the cameras easily disproved.

I took the word "that" to be used with the meaning of "specific". Example "Detective when pressed by defense; no evidence of sexual assault, DNA doesn't indicate that (Sexual Assault) physical injury took place". The presence of blood certainly represents an injury occurred.

But they haven't specified they found blood ??? It could be that the DNA is vomit or urine, saliva etc... this could indicate she was sick in the trunk... something that indicates she was in there because its her DNA but its not blood or anything that spells out to them that it was a SA. right???

hoping it isn't ..... then again, couldn't it be reduced to $1 and he'd still be going no where due to the Homeland Security hold?
I don't think bail will be reduced...jmo

they are saying the DNA does not alone PROVE there was an injury i.e. there are other was DNA could get there when she was in the trunk
