Then, what is their evidence that the 2 cars were parked near each other? A picture someone took in the garage? That would be very coincidental. An eyewitness? I have a hard enough time remembering where I park, let alone 2 random cars.

My secondary point was many of those people believe another person is involved too.

My point did not eliminate EA's involvement.

In other words, it doesn't matter, at this point, that some people believe EA acted alone. Good for those people.
For me, I want to know for sure that no one else has a hand in Christina's disappearance or cover up of what happened to her.

Not to be argumentative, but does it matter who wrote the text? It implies one of them was going to meet up with HF for drugs. If one of them was going, then they both were. That is, if we assume she left willingly with him. If not, then we assume HF sent it then proceeded to put the girlfriend of the guy he was hoping to meet up with in his trunk. ?

Yes, SB, the same person who led LE to believe the crime is of a sexual nature. Or, LE led her.
We haven't heard her testify under oath or how she knows this? Was she in EA's car or did she have her own?
We don't know.
The witnesses may be hiding something.

Why would EA lie continuously about every little thing? Is he that clueless? I don't think he would protect anyone but himself. I do think there was a 3rd party we don't know about that is involved, but I don't know their part in what happened to Christina.

But now people are picking and choosing. When proof was needed of EA and CM walking and talking together, people believed CM used EA's phone because the evidence went against EA saying they weren't conversing.

Now, when the nature of the text (having to do with "rock") is revealed, people want to dance backwards wondering if EA didn't use his phone to contact HF about scoring good rock.

One of the reasons why putting all the context together (two texts and one call) would be helpful, which we cannot do yet.
Only one communication was shared today. As of today, we still don't know the whole story.
LE obviously thinks they do though. Hope what they have is clear to (jurors, 'me') after they lay it all out.

Going by spotty tweets alone, sent from the courtroom today (a lot of testimony must still be missing imo), I'm still scratching my head over the SA motive (no evidence presented) and ignoring attempts to reach ALP and HF (drugs are in the picture).

Good point on convenient beliefs, but asking for 'some of that good rock' doesn't sound at all (to me) how a live in couple would communicate with each other.

EA can't talk...LE has just said they think he murdered Christina. So unless he didn't but knows who did, what can he say? Jmo

I don't think he can talk b/c there is nothing he can truthfully say that will help him.

It matters to me now (whether CM wrote the text or not) because that is the version put forth since the affidavit.
CM used EA's phone to contact her bf. Correct?

I don't think Christina would text him for "good rock" either. But, why would EA? I have way more questions than answers after today's hearing. Dang.

The text about "good rock", just adding this to list of theories( wish I knew the exact wording of the text).
Maybe CM was telling HF in a very condensed way: "I know what you are up to tonight, I thought you were going to quit this "drug" business. You are busted".

IIRC- Jonni or stepmom said she was thinking about leaving HF due to drugs before her disappearance.

I get this thought because of the call/text from HF to CM that night, that HF saw ALP and was going to kick his a$$. Maybe CM could tell by HF's aggressiveness that he was up to "drug, rock" business again. Then she talked to ALP( does anyone remember the time of the conversation from the log?) and ALP told her what HF seemed to be upto that night( selling/taking "rock").Talking out loud, adding ideas- IDK JMO

Doesn't sound right to me either. And weren't they fighting? From fighting to asking for drugs in those words...meh, I just can't get wrapped around that. Although she did supposedly send him a picture of herself so I don't know. Sounds like a pretty low key fight. Oh, but there were all those phone calls. I don't even know what I believe anymore.
