Not to be argumentative, but does it matter who wrote the text? It implies one of them was going to meet up with HF for drugs. If one of them was going, then they both were. That is, if we assume she left willingly with him. If not, then we assume HF sent it then proceeded to put the girlfriend of the guy he was hoping to meet up with in his trunk. ?

I think it would matter if we knew for sure who sent it. If it was CM then your assumption is not at all true it could have been for her if it was meth it could have been so she could get through work the next day and she could have been planing, as she told several people, to get in her car and drive home. What matters even more to me is people saying X happened when we don't know. Because as in this thread or the last one people have been suggesting that since EA texted HF (we don't know that for sure) it is proof that they had a pre existing relationship centered around drugs and it tied them together. The reality is that is a possibility but we certainly do not have any proof of that.

LE didn't have to prove their entire case today. Today was a bond reduction hearing. LE still hasn't tipped their entire hand with the facts, and rightly so. They are working a case. When a motion for discovery can be filed by EA's attorney, I'm sure it will be. Could be months away. IMO, today was the first time EA's attorney(s) and family heard some things that they know EA lied about to them. Again, that is my opinion only. But as soon as it was said there was DNA in the trunk in 2 places, there was no chance he was getting a bond reduction. Remember, the Prosecutor did not want other info released today, but the judge allowed it. We haven't scratched the surface yet, and still looking for CM.

He's still got people trying to make evidence work in his favor. Or calling into question evidence or ideas that might implicate him. If someone else is involved, at least getting EA would hopefully lead us to anyone else who might be involved, right? I just think he deserves a lot heat and still isn't getting it from some.

It is the job of Prosecutor to prove EA acted alone.
Today, I heard additional evidence someone else may have been invited into the immediate picture.
Did EA get the good rock?

(The thought someone came up with that EA received 'not so good rock' earlier is thought provoking.)
Why would that be CM's fault though?

Wonder if EA may have used a stun gun to get her in the trunk so quickly, if indeed it occurred in parking garage?

My friend, at one time, carried a stun gun in her purse that looked just like a regular cell phone.

PPD must have something more supporting SA, that is probably one of the things that the defense was trying to get LE to release. But, sperm in the trunk? I'm trying to think creatively but ...

Well, I hate to be graphic, but it could have been on her body or an article of clothing after the SA occurred. moo

Seriously, is it not creepy that he was relaxed enough to be laughing in interviews? There is something wrong with him.

The text about "good rock", just adding this to list of theories( wish I knew the exact wording of the text).
Maybe CM was telling HF in a very condensed way: "I know what you are up to tonight, I thought you were going to quit this "drug" business. You are busted".

IIRC- Jonni or stepmom said she was thinking about leaving HF due to drugs before her disappearance.

I get this thought because of the call/text from HF to CM that night, that HF saw ALP and was going to kick his a$$. Maybe CM could tell by HF's aggressiveness that he was up to "drug, rock" business again. Then she talked to ALP( does anyone remember the time of the conversation from the log?) and ALP told her what HF seemed to be upto that night( selling/taking "rock").Talking out loud, adding ideas- IDK JMO

i think after everything that came out today the idea that she was totally clueless and about to leave because of the drug business seems unlikely to me.

That would indicate premeditation on some level?

Was the "good rock" text at 3:55? Do we know when HF returned from the W?

If EA had "help" , I would think he would have gone to work on time and let helper clean the car, to avoid suspicion...being late to work just added to all of the things against him, Imo. I really think he did this alone. Something erupted between EA and CM and escalated very quickly, Imo.

On both sides of the car. Gotta start the thinking all over now on that one.
Damage to both sides of car:

1: really beat up his car good because of tire falling on him(just kidding lol)
2: there was one heck of a fight in his car causing him to veer/over correct etc. both left and right, hitting something on each side of the road.
3: trying to fit in too tight of a space.
4:someone trying to run him off road.

So, is there anyone out there who still thinks EA had absolutely nothing to do with this? I am with SteveS, whether he is the main guy (my personal belief) or a bit player, he can lead us to Christina. Probably wishful thinking, but I am hoping the failure to get his bond reduced will make him feel some heavy pressure. That's got to be quite a blow for him...please talk :/

Were there that many who thought he was innocent?

Most people believe EA is involved in CM's disappearance. Along with someone else.

This!!

True. This is how my mind works. I have to be able to physical see how the crime occurred, not understand that it could have happened. What I mean is that I understand he could have kidnapped her, but I have to visualize how it occurred. After listening to everything today, they have evidence, DNA and he has injuries, including his car. Then LE says they think she was in the trunk in the garage. And they lost me. Had they said they thought she was in the passanger seat, I would be more on board. I get that there is much more evidence. I understand two minutes can be a long time. It isn't difficult for me to see how he is involved but it is difficult for me to understand how the actually AK happened and what followed.

ITA. I can "think" someone is guilty all day, but in my head I want to see the proof. I don't understand why that's such a big thing for some to grasp. This isn't a contest and comments like "So who thinks EA's innocent now?" are just ridiculous to me.

Based on what we heard today, I think LE only gave up what they had to in order to keep EA at the $1m bond. I am curious to see if they go through with the AK trial since if they do, they can't use it again for a capital murder charge. It would be awesome if today's events make EA realize he's up ***** creek and needs to start talking.

Did you watch the uncut version of of his cw33 interview? There were multiple times where he smiled and seemed to be amused. Honestly, it appeared that he was enjoying the attention he was receiving. I had to re watch just so I could watch his body language. DISTURBING, to say the least!!!!

Hey Hibiscus! I'm with you there. Could he have gotten all those injuries in a minute or so?

At least several points were clarified. There was her DNA on his trunk mat and trunk lid, solidifying Steve's proclamation that she was IN HIS TRUNK. We know he didn't electronically log in to work at 8 a.m. as he stated in his interviews (that has to be one his more stupid lies) but at 10:50 a.m.

But then again there is more confusion; hopefully reports tonight will help clear some of that up.
Not many doubted CM was in his trunk. The argument was about the exact location of the trunk where the SW said her DNA was swabbed. At the time, several were trying to explain it was on or near the interior seal and some argued it was in the actual trunk.

Brittany Feagans ‏@BF_StarNews -
Swab 668923 was from interior rubber sealer of #EnriqueArochi trunk opening. "Much more than just touch DNA" #ChristinaMorris

This puts that particular argument to rest. Thank you, BF, for reporting it.

As it turns out, they did find more DNA on the floor of the trunk (I suspect found after they got the car with the last SW). Some are confused as to why EA's DNA would be mixed with CM's and, imo, I would say it is expected his DNA to be found in his car in various places including the trunk. But...if it is determined it is his blood mixed with her DNA...it will be difficult to explain away since we know he sustained some injuries to both arms.

Raises hand! That makes three of us.

Make it 4 - I think he got more and more steamed as they walked to the garage. Who the heck would he take her to and why? He's a creep.

According to affidavits, EA was upset and CM was also upset. SN described CM as a little upset. I think she was more than a little upset. I think she was highly upset. They just seemed so fine walking into the garage. Both taking Adderall. Short fuses. It had to have happened in the Camaro. If he punched her in the face there would have been blood and I don't think he could have cleaned the blood from the garage in that short amount of time unless he returned with cleaning supplies. Just hard to rule out a third person in my opinion.

Maybe she was still alive when he put her in the trunk when they left the shops. She could have been knocked out and when he got to where he wanted to go and opened the trunk that's when she started to fight him. If he was trying to SA her or whatever he was doing to her. And if she wasn't knocked out a lot of people wouldn't know about a trunk release in the trunk . Jmo

  • #320
Has there been any verification that she was in any part of the camaro besides the trunk? I know they took his passenger side seatbelt! But did they ever release any information about what they found?
