I can see that as a possibility. It wouldn't be the first time we've seen PPD be very particular with their wording. It could also be that 2 spots luminesced "faintly", while the others luminesced "brightly". IMO

Interesting how we each interpret PPD wording.
IMO all they saw were two spots of blood...which is what was stated.
Had they seen 300 bright spots and only 2 faint spots, IMO, they would have made THAT statement.
But again...we each read it differently.

Coming out of lurkerdom only to say PLEASE do not have your child kick a car in flipflops or barefeet. I'm begging you.

I'm so glad you posted that, I'm a few hours behind on the posts and was hoping no children had been injured in the interests of research

Thanks for the concern. He is a boy and him and all his friends wanted to kick my car. They were practically begging once I mentioned it earlier. I decided not a good idea after Frisson's post and got a lot of awwww man from them. But I dont want to take a chance of anyone getting hurt. My son already accuses me of being too over protective of him.

And this is what I was getting at earlier. Could the DNA have been something besides blood? The sweat is a really good thought due to the heat. IMO

Good point, but I don't believe sweat would be consistent with bodily injury

Rick Staub, Plano PD Crime Scene Investigation manager, testified that criminalists used a forensic tool called Blue Star to test for blood in Arochi’s vehicle. When the substance was sprayed in the trunk, two spots “luminesced faintly,” which Staub said indicated the presence of blood.
“It certainly would be consistent with a bodily injury due to the large quantity of her DNA,” he said.

I might suggest to Save yourself some drama put "JMO" at the bottom of everything you post.

Jmo :rolling:

I thought I had. Is "JMO" better than IMO? Sheesh. lol

However, let me add that (1) certainly not trying to mislead, (2) when I said "bleeding profusely" I thought that it was known and accepted info already, (3) I do intend to look up the links which are on my laptop and double-check, at my first opportunity, and make sure, and (4) I will come back here and make sure everyone knows the truth. If I messed up, I'll say it loud and clear with lots of LOUD apologies, and you guys can flog me all you want - the last thing I have any desire to do is to mislead. And, if I didn't mess up (I don't think I did, but ...), I'll bring the info and links and explanation (all of which I think have already been vetted here before) for future reference.
I'm striving for clarity, not confusion. In fact, confusion is the LAST thing I want to bring to this discussion. :gaah: Clarity is the way to bring CM home, and to get justice, and that's what I am here for.

Forgive me!
They could have been parked spaces away from each other and if he didn't know which car was hers he would NOT KNOW where she was parked.

JMO

How many cars were left in this garage at this time?

My post was not directed at you. For several pages we were all trying to figure out if the cars were next to each other. Some thought it would explain whether he grabbed her at her car, or at his, as to the kind of damage her kicks could make. Also whether her blood would get on the passenger door if she was at her car, and trying to get in, and maybe he surprised her and dragged her between their two cars (for instance, she's parked beside him, to his right, so her driver door is next to his passenger door). By the time my post posted to let everyone know that they were parked near but not next to each other, there were a bunch of other posts on a different subject! Sorry for any confusion! :blushing:

Maybe CM and SN were not at the apt.
Ea left and then CM maybe was walking on her own and met up with EA.
Could it be she left from a different location.

This idea is akin to reinventing the wheel though.
Although CM and SN apparently were together while the others went to Whataburger.
Apparently, at least five of them including CM and SN, returned to the apartment sometime after 2:00 a.m.
(based on Scruffy Duffies closing at 2:00 a.m.).
Come to think of it, only CM and SN have been mentioned relative to SD.

No evidence to confirm the Whataburger trip has been presented.

Then there's the incident report, 2:19:18 disturbance, from location 5700 Scruggs Way (Apartments at Legacy Town Center South).

The text (holding two keys) to HF from CM was sent at 2:34.
According to LE, there are other pictures taken within the same time period, so maybe CM's physical location is known.

But would two spots of blood make you think someone was no longer alive and has been murdered?

Off topic ~
By mistake I hit a computer key causing all text ('font') to show as italics.
Does anybody know what I did and how to reverse it?

Bleeding profusely?? Really? Where was this stated?
Significant amount of DNA, yes. Two spots of blood, yes.
IMO two spots of blood can be two drops...hardly enough to point to bodily injury. A bloody nose, maybe.
Two spots of blood can be two areas, also.
That statement is not clear, IMO.

This is it with PPD they say just two spots of blood one minute and then she definitely dead by the amount of DNA the next which is it. :gaah:

But the tracker would of given precise locations were he stopped (been a device used to aid retrieval after theft) i would of thought CM would be home by now but JMO.
Also if he changed vehicles that would render the tracker useless in finding her.

Oh thank you. So, the device is for the purpose of locating a stolen car.

I hate to mention this (unpopular theory). If the tracked locations were searched thoroughly without results, this may lend support to the possibility Christina was handed off to someone else.

Could this language be because they were processed separately?

I believe all their wording was done for the benefit of the hearing.. They didn't want to release any more than needed... but just enough to ensure EA stays where he is.. JMO

Its starting to look that way the silly errors he's made along the way but the one thing he seems to have got right (for him) is where she's been put making me think someone with a brain maybe helped or someone a little more experienced in these matters helped the way i imagine his state of mind that morning i would of hoped CM would be home by now, Or he's just got very lucky SO FAR. But would two spots of blood make you think someone was no longer alive and has been murdered?

Nope. But large amounts of other bodily fluids would.

Could someone please explain what's meant when it's saying a grand jury indicts him?

Formally charged of the crime that he is accused of.. then comes the trial..
