1 Is one theory - during the 39 minutes (between the gantry and CM's ping),
EA drove all the way to his house and back again to the SOL area (by the time of CM's final ping)?
2 What is the usual drive time from gantry to his house? 4:08 til when? 4:20?
04:20 would leave 27 minutes to get back to SOL.
3 Is this close to the amount of time it takes to drive from SOL to his neighborhood (without traffic)?
Or, how much spare time would 39 minutes allow him if he did return home prior to 05:32?
And, to do what?

1 Some here apparently think that. Afaik no compelling public evidence either way and one guess is as good as another.
...note: LE may have a million pings in that time period, and may have tracked every turn. We only know the pings they used to make a point in affidavit.
2 Round-trip to home via 121 and back via Legacy, per google maps, is 42 minutes. If he got back at 4:47, only 7 minutes for a stop. IMO not likely the return was not til 4:47, suspect it was some amount earlier.
https://maps.google.com/maps?ll=33....3006&q=Shops+At+Legacy&output=classic&dg=ntvo
...note: while her LAST ping back in shops area was at 4:47, we don't know when her 1st ping was, back in that area

Reminder: IMO JMO MOO AFAIK etc etc

Didn't someone watching the hearing (or reading reporter's tweets from court) say it was specifically On*Star? Pretty sure I saw commercial saying On*Star comes standard on majority of Chevrolet models now.

Is that like XM Radio, where you have to pay monthly to keep it activated?

That is just your opinion, correct? LOL

Two things: the incoming call at 3:37 was a four minute call from ALP.
And WHY did it take 25 minutes to walk what the detectives say was a ten minute walk??
IF they were making or trying to make plans, maybe there were stops or pauses along the way to make calls/text. Some people really don't walk and talk at the same time.

I'm with you Zippixx, I'm not thinking dumpster. Too many possible witnesses, too public.

And you see stories on the news where waste operators find customer's reported lost jewelry in a matter of hours, even in huge landfills. Landfills are pretty well tracked & managed. They can tell you where every single truckload went unless it has been many months or years.

After the 1st year (or maybe 3 years) you do have to pay a subscriber fee to get the services associated with it: directions, reporting an accident, calling for roadside assistance, etc., but it is my understanding that they continue harvesting your location & other telemetric data pretty much forever.

ETA - I was wrong. 3 months free service. But I think the data collection continues & is available to LE

I assume we don't know the context of that call with ALP? When he was interviewed, did anyone ask him when was the last time he saw or spoke to her?

Haven't heard that.

Too many witnesses and too public to put her into a dumpster behind a business between 4:00am and 5:00am? Outside of possibly a homeless person, I don't see it being at all active. Definitely not too public since they are usually in a dark alley.

It would only take a couple of minutes to toss her into a dumpster along with her things. He wasn't going to stick around after, imo.

*No letters please. Did not mean any offense to the homeless. We have an abundance here who are dumpster divers in the wee hours, sad to say.

The granite parkway or whatever where there was a phone ping at one point is pretty industrial and def not lively at that time of night.

Plano City-observed Holidays: Labor Day - Monday, September 7 Collections following city-observed holidays will be picked up one day later than regular collection. For example, if normal collection day is Monday, collection day will slide to Tuesday. This excess garbage will only be picked up during the week following the holiday.

http://www.plano.gov/924/Holiday-Schedule

Now I don't know about commercial trash haulers, but they do go through the city landfill and it would be closed on Labor Day. It would depend on each company if trash service was continued during the weekend, but most likely there is no extra collection unless it is requested by individual businesses, imo. I would have to assume commercial trash companies do collect on Saturday and possibly on Sunday as a normal service.
I just looked at a dumpster and they are serviced by Republic Services. There are two landfills in Lewisville that they use. I noticed from their website for zip 75024 that they offer Saturday service. I'm guessing that they may have utilized that service, frankly Thursday and Friday would generate quite a bit of trash on a normal weekend so it may even be a regular service at SOL. I use the Starbucks quite a bit early in the morning and SOL is good about trash. They crews are out every morning blowing leaves and trash off of the sidewalks and sweeping up from the street. The last thing they want is the smell of old trash and an untidy appearance. So, IDK, but I would be surprised if there was no pickup from Friday evening to late Tuesday.

But would two spots of blood make you think someone was no longer alive and has been murdered?

And my thinking is that if they could get away with only saying 2 faint blood spots, this would give (some) reason to believe that she was injured, bleeding and in the trunk. Perhaps if pressed, they would have continued with more blood proof but since they weren't asked then no need to, so they zipped it asap.

It's good to read other ways of looking at things. Jurors will likely be a mix of people just like us here so we can understand how not all 12 jurors could be convinced with the exact same info.

I see your point, but I still think it's taking a big chance.. just like EA didn't know that he had 4 days before CM was reported, he wouldn't know if someone (security..whatever) would come down that alley.. also he would need to come out of that alley in his sporty Camaro with the dark tinted windows... Certainly not saying it couldn't be done, I just lost interest in that theory.. seems risky to me... plus there is no guarantee that she wouldn't be found there the next day (that homeless person, you mentioned.. digging in the dumpster)... I don't believe he would chance CM being found that quickly... JMO

Idk which dumpster she'd be put in if she was Put in one but I've never seen a homeless person (the obvious type at least) at shops of legacy or really anywhere in this area. They're not very common. But I get your point people do dig in trash, homeless or not. EA seems like a pretty boy to go into the woods Or dig though. Back to the lake theory for me.

The lake/woods theory is still best for me as well. But, I've been thrown off lately with the revelation that LE could have gone to OnStar or another tracking device and determined exactly where EA went. I suppose that whatever information that the car computer might reveal hasn't been accessed yet (really? 4 months later?) because searches continue and LE was using drones this past weekend via BF.

With a newly purchased GM vehicle I got one year free On Star service. Thereafter, it is a yearly subscription. Though, they do continue to chronicle your whereabouts. IMO

Definitely. I mean if we can think that he can approach her, attack her, knock her out or otherwise incapacitate her, open his trunk, put her in it, go round to the driver's side, start up, back up, and leave the garage in less than 3 minutes, he could certainly dump her body in a dumpster just as quickly. I think he put her in the trunk in the parking lot...anyway if u look at the way they walk...he walk slightly behind her...jmo

How ?? How can he possibly do ALL that AND drive out??
It just really defies any logic.

I don't understand LE in this case either. I try to keep mum on it as I'm not from the area and for all I know they could be a great and respected crew. But from the misinformation from the very beginning to what appears to be lack of moving forward on some things, it seems to me someone should've jumped on some things months ago. All I can really hope for is that they have much much more than we know.
