Any spot he passed that seemed desolate, unused, unlikely to be a popular walking place,etc...of which there are thousands of such places, might have seemed safe to EA, at that hour, under duress, wanting to be "done" and get home. Which, Imo, leaves it down to luck if she is ever found. Probably like other perps before him, he wonders if "this" will be the day, even as he reassures himself she is not likely to be found.

If GPS/pinging has been exhausted, she is either in a spot or area already searched (not uncommon) or some of his time was unregistered. In any case, still just a matter of luck/chance, at this point. Jmo

Do we know how well EA knows that area, he's lived there for quite some time right? When I think of this scenario I think of Jesse Mathew in the Hannah Graham case and where he put the bodies of those girls (hannah, morgan), he knew the area very very well and HG's remains were found not far from a home where he lived with his mother for a while previously, near an abandoned house. I'm sure that in CM's case that LE is being very thorough in where they are searching, and I'm not sure how much farm land/rural land is around that area but I hope they are going through it all with a fine tooth comb and are asking any farmers/land owners to also go out and search/clear their properties as well, out buildings, etc. Just a thought... all MOO. (In the HG case LE did several press conferences asking farmers/land owners with a lot of property to search their land and any outbuildings, etc, to help search for her)

Well they managed to retrieve two DNA profiles so im sure it was pretty much testable yes.

Respectfully do you have an opinion of how EA could be absolutely be sure CM wouldn't be found? It's been my opinion all along that CM's disappearance was the result of opportunity and not planned and that EA was very anxious to get her body out of his car. Since I've never thought EA was a mastermind criminal who could think of the place to hide a body I would like to hear others' take on this scenario?

I'm afraid to say CM was probably placed in a dumpster on granite parkway that morning and unfortunately she won't ever be found because of the massive cost to the city of carrying out a landfill site search.

Or did he only go back that way to see if there were any police action if thats the case you would have to be quite brave ie risking been pulled with a body in the trunk with the increased police presence.

The dumpster idea is what I keep going back to. If he put her in one at the construction sites there and no one was working over Labor Day weekend, then the dumpster was emptied before people came to work Tuesday, maybe she could have gone undetected. Plus, he may have been thinking she would be found in the dumpster but he would stick to his story about parting ways on the sidewalk.

LE isn't even actively searching for her at this point, right? The searches are all volunteers I think.

Maybe this thread needs it's own category-like the Heather Elvis thread-every time I see 'active search' and Christina's name I think it is breaking news. This is thread 36.
I am not trying to negate the importance of her case or whatever.......but really. It is very disconcerting to see 'ACTIVE SEARCH' and *Arrest* etc. and to click and just see the latest musings/opinions/conjectures and what-not. It is kinda overwhelming and also misleading at times. It almost becomes 'move along folks-nothing to see here'.

OK???? Not to be flip here, but what relevance does this have to finding CM? Other than the people picketing the jail, I'm missing the point I guess. Frankly, I don't get the relevance for the picketers either. Are they wanting to add names/pics to their posters?? Not being sarcastic, just a question.

I agree and was thinking the same thing as well. I see no relevance at this point for the picketing or making a big deal out of his list of visitors ...Inmates across the globe get visitation.
I only now see it as tawdry forms of additional harassment to the family of the accused. He has not even been found guilty of a crime or had his fair trial.

Thinking about your question, it really does not have any relevance IMO. I was just wondering how people knew who was visiting EA and how they knew the relationship. Once I saw the link, then I knew. You actually have to go to that site and type EA's name in. It's definitely not something I will put on my "to do" list every day lol. He is certainly entitled to visitors just like any other inmate IMO.

Huh??? I'm confused. You're upset about posts that you didn't even see bc they got deleted by mods. I was simply asking why his new visitors have anything to do with CMs family, which someone else implied. I'm not sure what you mean about the posters. The only ones I have seen have EA's name & face on them.
