Reading thru old news articles and found a couple things that I don't remember reading before so thought I'd share.

http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2014/09/05/plano-search-continues-for-missing-23-year-old/

"He goes to the right to his car. He gets in his car and he leaves,” says Officer David Tilley, a Plano Police spokesperson. “She went the other way. From there, we don’t really know what happened.”
“I feel like she was intercepted,” says McElroy, who believes that the key to solving her daughter’s disappearance lies in the vehicles that exited the garage shortly after she entered.

Her boyfriend, Hunter Foster, put out a plea on his Facebook page this week asking for help finding Morris. "I'm worried sick and will do anything to get any information on the last time anyone has seen or talked to her please help and pray that she is ok," he said in a posting Tuesday. "Police are involved and we are going to find her and whoever has taken her or whoever she is with."

Interesting too is that the handwritten Spanish note conveniently found in the trash at the Arochi residence listed the following items: black shirts, texts from the 29th through today's date (sept 24), bank bills and cellular bills. The detective also found empty cell phone boxes.

I thought Christina only used EA's phone as they walked to the garage which would have been the 30th already. What texts from earlier on the 29th had to be cleaned?

BBM and snipped by me.

The wording "todays date" on the note on the trash has me puzzled. This is the first time I've seen an actual date attached to it, do you have a link for that?

That aside if someone was writing a note I can see that they would remind themselves of the start date for deletion of the texts but if there was an end date for the incriminatig texts imo you would write the actual date again.

To me writing the actual words "todays date" would mean that you plan to delete the texts on that day so why write a date at all? If you planning to delete the texts at a later date are you still using the phone(s) in question? That doesn't make sense to me either, we know EA has access to lots of phones, why doesn't he just start using one of the other ones and get rid of the one he used on the night. He could just as easily have used the HF "I lost my phone" excuse if LE questioned him about it.

I'm not sure I've explained my thoughts as clearly as I would have liked but I'm now wondering if someone else wrote the note referring to their own phone rather than EA's

The statement came from the second affidavit:
https://cbsdallas.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/380a-20141212-arrest-10-sw-arrest-return-sealed.pdf

I actually added (sept 24) which the affidavit does not state.

"Detective Caballero translated this note for Affiant. According to Detective Caballero the note listed the following items: black shirt, texts from the 29th through today's date, bank bills, and cellular bills. Affiant believes these items to be evidentiary items in this case."

Foster was allegedly at the W Hotel in Dallas that night. He was arrested in December in connection to a drug sting.

http://www.fox4news.com/story/278566...et-out-of-jail

Thank you Eileen! You literally took the quote from my mind.... "allegedly" at W Hotel.

From the beginning we were told he was fast asleep at home in Fort Worth. We were told by Nickerson that she insisted on driving "home" that night. We were told she and BF were having a little tiff and she wanted to go get her dog :beagle: Many posters disagreed that driving back to Fort Worth at 4 a.m. to get your pup didn't quite make sense.

Now we found out, BF allegedly was much closer than Fort Worth. To me, it makes a little more sense that if she was keeping tabs on BF she would be more likely to drive to "W". In fact, only about a 25 minute drive to his alleged "a little of this and a little of that" location: purses, and mollies although probably not the real mollies just some other synthetic drug. Fake purses. Fake drugs. Maybe a little rock? eh? Certainly some here believe he was an alter boy in a previous life.

Granite Parkway, I believe was a meeting place for EA and someone else. Christina may or may have not been part of the transaction. I believe she was.

Thanks to Eileen and hockeymom! I love free thinkers and especially outside of the box. I want to find Christina just as much as everyone else. She hasn't been found and I think there are more involved than are already behind bars.

I just do not think this case all evolves around EA.
I don't think LE does either.

Unless Christina's body is found and 100% implicates EA, he will not get the max 99 years. This is where following other cases come into play. I've seen so many obviously guilty parties found guilty of MURDER not get 99 years.

I completely disagree. What happens with another crime in another place doesn't limit what happens here in any way - its only about this case, this state, this county, with this evidence, this victim, these laws, and so on.

* The evidence here is so compelling imo that the jury won't have any problem finding him guilty.
* In the penalty phase, the prosecutor will point out that this is the most serious version of this crime that can be possible - the kind of abduction where the victim was never seen or heard from again.
* The prosecutor will ask the jury a compelling question: If the 99 years isn't to be applied to the most serious of these crimes, what is it for?
* The prosecutor will remind that this was truly a life ending crime, because EA completely ended the life she had.
* The prosecutor will clearly show the way EA misled and lied to LE.
* He will also point out the way EA has continued to prolong the agony of the family. He can give them some closure at any time, because he knows where he put CM, but has chosen instead to let them continue to suffer.
* The prosecutor will ask the jury if they want to have this monster on the street again, around their loved ones, and take the chance that he might decide to do this again - or do they want to give him 99 and ensure that won't happen.
* And then, the final thing the jury will hear under Texas law will be the family, telling the jury what the crime has done to them, and how EA's refusal to tell what he did with Christina continues to torture them every day.

After all that, I don't think he'd have any real shot to get less than 99. His only way out would be to make a deal to end the torture, and give the family some peace, by telling what he did with her. Is he going to be smart enough to do that while he still has a chance? I don't really know.

I agree... there is much more going on in the personal lives.

another thought is:

( Seriously questioning why the continued rebuttals on this thread and in general types of media )
Where else is the observed excessive cleaning of the chevy camaro?? anything else would be personal embellishments

the only thing I have seen reported is the wiped passenger door & used squeegee on rear of the car at Kroger gas station.

The shop vac, the recently purchased tons of Odo-ban - all that adds up to me. That and the fact that he wouldn't give LE the car the first time they asked for it.

Yes, I agree completely. He is seen on video wiping the door and the squeegeeing the rear of the car. LE seems to have put their own interpretation into how meticulously he cleaned the car. When I clean my car, I don't half-arse clean it. Kind of defeats the purpose of cleaning if you only do it half-way. As far as the Odo-Ban, maybe he recently had someone who smoked in his car?

ETA: He, himself, admitted he had smoked pot prior to arrival to PP's apartment.

Odo-ban apparently is a desirable chemical to use when someone puts a bleeding victim IN THEIR TRUNK. Wonder how EA knew that? Think he did this before and got away with it?

I buy lots of it to clean the kennels we have for our son's dogs. Works great. Now I do shop vac a lot cause I have a dog who sheds so much on the truck seats. I hate to not take him 4-wheeling cause he loves it so. I would hate to think what the police would think if they looked in my trash. Scary!

If EA had both dogs to clean up after PLUS bodies and blood in his TRUNK, no wonder he needed so much Odo-ban in such a short period of time! Did he own dogs too? Or was it just bodies/blood?

Can someone please provide info about the Shop Vac? I find nothing in LE documents about it. Unless I see it in a warrant or something, personally I'm discounting it.
And the old "so and so SAID they heard that so and so saw him" isn't proof to me. Too much incorrect info has been hanging around based on that kind of stuff...

No, I don't think he has killed anyone and knew what chemicals to use to clean bodily fluids. I think it is possible that someone (third party) with experience was directing him in what to do and what to use. I think he's scared of repercussion if he talks.

On September 3, 2014, Detective Stamm called Enrique Gutierrez Arochi and requested he come to the Plano Police Department for an interview in regards to disappearance of Christina Morris as he was the last person known to be with her.

Detective Stamm conveyed that during the interview, Enrique Gutierrez Arochi said he went to the Shops of Legacy with a group of friends which included Christina Morris. At the end of the evening, he left his friend Paulina Petrosky’s apartment with Christina Morris and they walked back to where their cars were parked. Enrique Gutierrez Arochi told Detective Stamm the last time he saw Christina Morris she was entering the garage by Henry’s Tavern, and he walked around the front of Henry’s Tavern and went to a parking garage near Blue Martini where he had left his car parked earlier that evening.

Enrique Gutierrez Arochi insisted he did not enter the parking garage with Christina Morris.
