I buy lots of it to clean the kennels we have for our son's dogs. Works great. Now I do shop vac a lot cause I have a dog who sheds so much on the truck seats. I hate to not take him 4-wheeling cause he loves it so. I would hate to think what the police would think if they looked in my trash. Scary!

:ditto: Off topic, but does anyone know of a supplement to stop a dog from shedding so much. She's a lab, but she sheds like crazy. I try to brush her every day, but still so much hair. I wouldn't want to give the cops my computer either.... just saying!

Agreed.
No, I don't think he has killed anyone and knew what chemicals to use to clean bodily fluids. I think it is possible that someone (third party) with experience was directing him in what to do and what to use. I think he's scared of repercussion if he talks.

If EA had both dogs to clean up after PLUS bodies and blood in his TRUNK, no wonder he needed so much Odo-ban in such a short period of time! Did he own dogs too? Or was it just bodies/blood?

What are you talking about "both dogs to clean up plus bodies and blood"? :whoosh: No snark intended. I think we are hearing people who have had experience using Odo-ban which I do appreciate.

And where did that Shop-vac info come from?

Busby and Stamm observed that Enrique Gutierrez Arochi had bruising to his forearm and abrasions on his right hand. Enrique Gutierrez Arochi told Detective Stamm he sustained these injuries on Friday, August 29, 2014, prior to going out with his friends, while "turning" his tires “around” and the wheel fell on his hand.

He stated he became angry and damaged his front right fender by punching it with his right fist and striking it with his right forearm.

On September 3, 2014, Detective Stamm called Enrique Gutierrez Arochi and requested he come to the Plano Police Department for an interview in regards to disappearance of Christina Morris as he was the last person known to be with her.

Detective Stamm conveyed that during the interview, Enrique Gutierrez Arochi said he went to the Shops of Legacy with a group of friends which included Christina Morris. At the end of the evening, he left his friend Paulina Petrosky’s apartment with Christina Morris and they walked back to where their cars were parked. Enrique Gutierrez Arochi told Detective Stamm the last time he saw Christina Morris she was entering the garage by Henry’s Tavern, and he walked around the front of Henry’s Tavern and went to a parking garage near Blue Martini where he had left his car parked earlier that evening.

Enrique Gutierrez Arochi insisted he did not enter the parking garage with Christina Morris.

I don't believe anyone here is disputing that EA lies, but he is not the only that has lied. I'm having a hard time believing he acted alone.

Although he was scheduled to work at 8 a.m. the morning Morris disappeared, Arochi did not arrive to the store until about 11 a.m., according to coworkers, and seemed like he “hadn’t slept in two weeks.”

“He was very messed up. It was pretty clear he was on something,” said the second coworker. “He had a bite mark on his arm, there were bruises all over his fists and a big dent in the side of his car. I asked him about it and he didn’t give me an answer, just said, ‘Yeah, I know it’s there.’”

IIRC the shop-vac info was supplied by the VI's. I have not read about it anywhere else. No search warrant or even the ID show. IMO

No one recalled seeing any injuries on #EnriqueArochi the night of Aug. 29, testified Stam

Stamm said #EnriqueArochi injuries include right thumb bruise, scratches/bruise/slight swelling to right interior of forearm.

Stamm testified that she believes #EnriqueArochi injuries could be caused during a scuffle/fight

Det. Stamm said she "absolutely" believes that #EnriqueArochikidnapped and killed #ChristinaMorris

I think it is possible that someone (third party) with experience was directing [EA] in what to do and what to use. I think he's scared of repercussion if he talks.

So this hang-dog chasing girls (unsuccessfully), and drinks and drugs (successfully), all evening, suddenly transitions into a hired contract kidnapper-assassin on the way to his car, suddenly operating at someone's behest to get rid of some girl? Um no. Doesn't sound likely in the least imo, in fact sounds way beyond the realm of fantasy.

That's not my theory - lol! the plane.jpg

But, thanks for the laugh!

I wonder what EA's disposition was that night. Obviously he was acting normal enough or they wouldn't have invited him to get into SB's car to go to Whataburger and then hang out in PP's apt. If he was creeping them out it would've been easy enough to say: "well bars are closing, time to hit the road, nice seeing you, EA! Later!" And they could've gotten take away food and chilled at the apt without him. It's not hard to ditch someone. Especially since his car was right there by the bars. He had no reason to go back to PP's apt other than the fact that they wanted to hang out with him. In my opinion he wasn't creeping anyone out or hitting on SB all night long.

Arochi told PPD Detective "I had no idea" he parked near Christina Morris at Shops at Legacy

Arochi told detective he didn't know where Morris parked. They say they have evidence their cars were just a few spaces away

The shop vac, the recently purchased tons of Odo-ban - all that adds up to me. That and the fact that he wouldn't give LE the car the first time they asked for it.

LOL ODO-BAN is an air freshener. It is not a disinfectant cleaner I buy it! U get it in sams or
cosco and its in bulk. You don't even know if he bought for heavens sake. Ill bet his MOM purchased it and they use it in the home like I do.

I cant believen u would convict someone of a crime because of odo-ban!

Even if they parked close to each other if he didn't know what kind of car she has how would he know he parked next to her?

I agree I think he was good friends with all involved here.

Why would he kidnap her?

Im confused about the kidnapping charges.

Why not just a murder charge? Why not abduction?

• First and foremost, the law makes a distinction between abduction and kidnapping and hence there are differences in penalties set out in the two cases. Penalty is often dependent upon the circumstances and the torture, if any inflicted on the abducted or captive.

• Abduction does not involve any ransom as the hostage is in himself a reward for the abductor. On the other hand, kidnapping is done basically for some demands that are later revealed through media or telephone. Abductor, on the other hand, does not want any media glare or attention, and his motive remains unclear until he is captured.

• The victim must be a minor in case of kidnapping while in the case of abduction; the victim can be both a minor and an adult.

Agreed... Odo-Ban alone does not prove that a crime has been committed. But when you add that to all the other evidence, it looks mighty suspicious.. Suspicious enough for LE to clearly note it in the arrest warrant.. (not jmo, but LE's too)

Did he want good rock in exchange for Christina?
For kidnapping does there need to be a ransom?

but.... let me say this what a family tosses out in the garbage in the home especially cleaning supplies does not mean he used it. Also they have to fingerprint the stuff and make sure he had his little hands ON IT.

Detective Stamm said that Enrique Gutierrez Arochi told her he went directly home from the Shops at Legacy on August 30, 2014. Enrique Gutierrez Arochi provided Detective Stamm with a copy of his NTTA toll tag records for his vehicle which showed he traveled along the Sam Rayburn Tollway and passed through the Custer Road gantry northbound on August 30, 2014 at 0408 hours.

Cellular phone records for both Christina Morris and Enrique Gutierrez Arochi were obtained from Sprint by Detective Rich. The transactional records for data usage were analyzed by Detective Rich, Officer Benzick, and Affiant. Detective Rich, Officer Benzick, and Affiant concluded the records indicate Enrique Gutierrez Arochi’s cellular device and Christina Morris’ cellular device both communicated with a cellular phone tower located at 5800 Granite Pkwy (Plano, TX) 75024 which is just north of the Shops at Legacy and south of SH 121. According to these data records, Enrique Gutierrez Arochi’s cellular device last communicated with this tower on August 30, 2014 at 0456 hours. Christina Morris’ cellular device last communicated with the exact same tower and same side of that tower as Arochi's cellular device on August 30, 2014 at 0447 hours. Based on Affiant's training, experience, and conversations with other law enforcement officers, Affiant is aware the fact both cellular devices communicated with the same tower and same side of that tower indicates the cellular devices were in close proximity to one another at these times. This is contrary to Enrique Gutierrez Arochi's statements that he went directly home after leaving the Shops at Legacy parking garage and Christina Morris was not with him. Affiant is also aware that the times Enrique Gutierrez Arochi’s cellular device communicated with this particular cellular tower is after the time his toll records indicated that he was traveling north on the Sam Rayburn Tollway near Custer Road. Affiant is aware other cellular towers exist in the area between the Shops at Legacy and Arochi's residence. Therefore, it is Affiant's belief that Enrique Gutierrez Arochi returned to the area of the Shops at Legacy after leaving the area initially in his vehicle and traveling on Sam Rayburn Tollway near Custer Road and that Christina Morris' cellular device, and most probably Christina Morris herself was with Enrique Gutierrez Arochi at that time.
