IMO, this is a valuable point; ALL aspects of a missing person's life need to be analyzed with a fine tooth comb by LE and in my opinion, they have probably done so, and very early on. From what we know, CM contacted not only HF in the moments before she was last seen, but there was also a communication between her and SN, ALP, and just a few hours prior, PP; all of which have been scrutinized and discussed in the media. IMO, and only my opinion, I'm of the camp that wouldn't be surprised to find out the communication from EA's phone was in fact CM attempting to reach her boyfriend from an unknown number about a subject she knew her boyfriend cared very much about; the almighty dollar. Having studied linguistics, the structure of the text, as released implies female communication; it's indirect and is seeking permission ("could I get some of that good rock"), my educational experience indicate it is highly, highly likely it was written by a female; a male is typically going to be much more assertive in their requests (ex: lemme get some of that good rock, how much for the good rock, etc). Every time I read the quoted version of that text I picture a very astute, polite, well mannered female, drinking tea, pinkie up, stating "pardon me, could I perhaps bother you for a spot of that good rock?". Linguistically, I'm confident in the above analysis, however, in reality I could be totally wrong about it. It may have been EA. Pinkie up.
