I do not think Christina would send a text to her drug dealing BF asking for good rock>

Why would she get in EA's car?
Not once have we heard she lost her car key!

Yes it is very questionable for sure ..since it has only been stated or said what 1 of the 2 text messages was.(3:50am) wonder what the other one(text) stated?? wonder what the 1 phone call communication was prior to the 3:57am vid recording of the both of them walking thru the walkway before getting to the interior parking area.

1 call, 2 texts to Hunter Foster from #EnriqueArochi phone around 3:50am on Aug. 30; one text asked for "some of that good rock"

One phone call and two texts were sent from Arochi’s phone to Hunter Foster. One text stated, “Could I get some of that good rock.”
Stamm said this suggests cocaine and believes Foster could supply this drug.

Cocaine because Stamm(PPD) says it suggests that... wonder if the text was or could have been a joke.... or meaning Rock as in music .....or landscaping materials would be another possibility?? IDK ..just thinking out loud

Yeah, it doesn't sound smart.. BUT, it's not very smart to sell drugs to undercover cops, either.. I can see him selling at that club to anyone that came up & asked him.. I guess my point is, he didn't go all out to hide his "business", so what does it matter if someone sends him a text asking for rock.. I put HF in the same "brains club" as EA...

Selling it is diff. You don't know who is undercover.
She would not send a text message saying that.

We don't know that.. I'd venture to say that he received a lot of similar texts & then would maybe delete them.. nothing unusual for a two-bit drug dealer... If he was such a genius & careful about texts, why is he selling to undercover cops? (of course JMO!!)

Ok so they hop in the car to go somewhere.
We know they went thru the toll!

He is a drug dealer!
Id bet my last dollar he has a drug (business) phone and a personal phone.
If he was a two-bit dealer he would have been out by morning!

When cops do a sting they are very clever and very careful.
Im sure they bought from him a few times and he probably had no reservations about them.

but they do not text about drugs!
Call yes text no.

Well, his parents were out of town... so maybe they went to his place. I'll be anxious to know what evidence LE found there..

That's my point.. he wasn't too bright. If you deal those types of drugs, it's a federal offense & he was busted. Plus he already had an arrest record. But standing in a late-night club, selling pills to anybody that came up & asked, is not what I consider a big-time dealer... With all that said, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he received texts from friends asking for rock, weed, crank.... whatever. JMO

Yes I wonder, too. Of course, LE will be lucky if there was actually a voice mail left. We know that a conversation couldn't have taken place since HF's explanation for not realizing that Christina was blowing up his phone or responding to her was that he lost his phone. So he wouldn't have been near it to even answer. I wonder where he lost it. I would guess at the W. That sucks. Can you imagine having to go all the way back to Dallas to get your phone after losing it? Ugh. What a hassle. I wonder if he got it back that night. I wouldn't think so, or he would have realized she had called.

We don't know if he sold to whomever asked?
IMO I don't think under aged kids were all that hung out in there.

He wasn't with his phone. He said so himself. How can his phone provide evidence for him then?
He conveniently lost his phone when he should have had it with him. If it pings from the hotel, tough. He said he misplaced or lost it.
What aren't you getting?

It is everything HF didn't do that has me highly suspicious of him, still.

Have you ever looked up something called "the dog that didn't bark" explanation from a Sherlock Holmes mystery? You are basically arguing that the absence of something that would ordinarily be expected is significant. You may be right, but what is it significant of is the problem. People who deal drugs have lots of phones. Burner phones sometimes. He could easily be using another phone, and he could have tried to make sure that the phone the police examined had nothing worrisome on it, but his motive could have been his drug business as much as anything to do with Christina.

I am not saying that you are incorrect to be suspicious WBG. Parsing it all out would be the problem.

Yes that is another point ..the lost phones and so forth..

I guess the Dealing BF did not get any of her texts & calls ..or the one about "lost her house key" ...wonder when & where in the night or morning he actually "lost the phone"?? The mom of CM said they were fighting over the phone ..

I don't think it was a crime scene!

Yep... there's a whole bunch of stuff we don't know... and all the different ideas & theories keep this forum interesting!

I find it very troubling that he looses his phone right when his GF goes missing!
How convenient!
