I think if they found something there we would know.
I don't think it was a crime scene!

I don't know if anything was found or not, but I can about guarantee that they WOULD NOT let us know. No reason to. That evidence would just go on the huge pile they already have (that we don't know)... (IMO)

See I think they would have jumped on it!

And I do NOT think they have a huge pile of evidence.

I find it very troubling that he looses his phone right when his GF goes missing!
How convenient!

I think he used that excuse for "show".. Sounds better than "I was sick of her calling & didn't want to answer"... I find it slightly more troubling that EA lied about everything, was injured & limping the following day, had a dented car, was the last person to be seen with her & her DNA was found in the trunk...

I'll stick with the "EA did it" theory, because I have seen substantial proof of that & I have seen NOTHING implicating anyone else... JMO

Is anyone else having problems with "Reply With Quote"?

That's my point.. he wasn't too bright. If you deal those types of drugs, it's a federal offense & he was busted. Plus he already had an arrest record. But standing in a late-night club, selling pills to anybody that came up & asked, is not what I consider a big-time dealer... With all that said, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he received texts from friends asking for rock, weed, crank.... whatever. JMO

zippixx, would a big-time dealer be more like a supplier? I wonder if dealer and supplier are used interchangeably. Wouldn't a supplier be higher up?

I do most of the time I have to click on it twice for it to work!

XCocaine because Stamm(PPD) says it suggests that... wonder if the text was or could have been a joke.... or meaning Rock as in music .....or landscaping materials would be another possibility?? IDK ..just thinking out loud

If Christina sent the text, no one can know for sure what she meant but Christina, although since it was sent to HF, he may have had some understanding of it. Even if he understood it to mean crack, he could have given some explanation to the police that it meant something else. For all we know, they accepted his explanation, or maybe just pretended to accept what he said.

I do have another suggestion for what "good rock" could mean. It could be a short-hand version of "put a ring on it!"
We know that they were fighting. Since she seemed to be more into him than he was into her, they could have argued about his level of commitment to the relationship. To a woman who thinks upping the level of commitment is a solution to all problems (and people do fool themselves, don't they), no rock would have been better than an engagement ring.

LOL, I'm certainly no expert, but "supplier" would be more of my idea of a big-time dealer & IMO they could be used interchangeably... I (personally) consider the person selling to the end user, to be at the bottom of the ladder...

This I found very interesting!
Since dealers can't exactly calls the cops for help, they're at the mercy of anyone who feels like ripping them off

.Cairi's brush with unruly dealers was a tad more extreme: After her husband got arrested, her clients knew that she was home alone with a ton of cash and drugs. "A couple of people -- I think I know who it was, old clients -- showed up in ski masks, held a gun to my head, ransacked the house, took a bunch of money, and took off."

Have you ever looked up something called "the dog that didn't bark" explanation from a Sherlock Holmes mystery? You are basically arguing that the absence of something that would ordinarily be expected is significant. You may be right, but what is it significant of is the problem. People who deal drugs have lots of phones. Burner phones sometimes. He could easily be using another phone, and he could have tried to make sure that the phone the police examined had nothing worrisome on it, but his motive could have been his drug business as much as anything to do with Christina.

I am not saying that you are incorrect to be suspicious WBG. Parsing it all out would be the problem.

Great post! I personally have not looked up "the dog that didn't bark", but you have me curious so I will do that now! To add on to what you are saying, IMO, this reminds me of "you cant prove a negative". If someone said "I don't believe EA had nefarious involvement in the disappearance of CM" and I stated my opinion, which is "I believe EA is nefariously involved in the disappearance of CM", I would bear the burden of proof in that statement, much like a prosecutor does in a criminal case. In owing the burden of proof, I would cite the presence of CM's DNA in the trunk of his car. I could then go on to cite the circumstantial evidence: lies to LE, the injuries (substantial enough for LE to have photographed), the late arrival to work the next day, the odd behavior in cleaning his vehicle in the CCTV footage, the alibi not checking out in regards to the messages to his g/f, the damage to the vehicle, and the cleaning supplies and notes in his trash.
In addition, I could say "so far, it doesn't appear as though anyone else was involved" and someone may dispute that by saying "it would appear as though others were involved". In this exchange, the owner of the latter statement would be responsible for the burden of proof. To ensure I was understanding the theory of proving a negative correctly, I stumbled upon this wikipedia page, which I found fairly interesting, for anyone who would like to read it, it is attached below:

I do think EA was involved in whatever happened to Christina!
but I think there are a few others involved also!

Selling it is diff. You don't know who is undercover.
She would not send a text message saying that.

For all we know it could have been a phone that HF regularly sent received drugs phonecalls/texts to. There's nothing I have seen that says otherwise.

I agree. They proved that at his bond hearing. And in this time im sure they are working on more DNA perhaps. Phone pings. Call/text logs. Witness statements. It's all adding up and time is ticking...

Off topic - but something I'd like to know out of curiosity, in EA's jail photo it looks like he's wrapped in a fluffy blanket. And when I was browsing some of EA's new friends there photos are all wrapped in the fluffy blanket? Why is that?

Is it so that's its pale clothes on pale background for a better photo?

"They're so everyone looks the same in photo lineups," John Norton, explained.

Thank you! I didn't think it would be to wrap them up cosy! Ha.

You're welcome. I had to look it up too. It kinda takes the fun out of all of the mugshots you see on the internet with people wearing shirts that say something really stupid or ironic. :giggle:

Haha. True. But it's actually a very good point! I wonder if they have a prison uniform.

I was having a look through to see what some other people were charged with. A few scary people in there.

I wonder if EA is struggling inside. Would love to be a fly on the wall for a day!!
