I don't know, IMO, the interviews read like excerpts rather than true transcript interviews. I tend to think this is another clue we don't have a whole lot of information. IMO, if each interview lasted as long as it read, they would each last only seconds, not minutes, which seems unlikely. I may be wrong though; I didn't attend the bond hearing and while we know EA's interviews were watched that day I haven't heard if any of the others were so I can't speak to that as a matter of fact, but only of speculation .

The couch story was in the original request (probable cause) statement so LE could obtain a warrant iirc. I hope this is right cuz I'm at the point of low to no comprehension now.

For tomorrow, if anybody knows, when will EA's next court appearance be considering it was cancelled yesterday?
Hope the weather in Texas is improving now.

EA was a 22yr old living at home and his mom and dad were out of town for the weekend. He may have had the idea that this weekend was going to be epic...girls, drugs and alcohol all weekend long. The night was coming to an end and he was trying to fulfill his expectations. He didn't really care if it was SB, CM or any other random girl that would go home with him. He was pissed when SB wouldn't play but then CM fell into his lap. Then when CM turns him down too, he flips out.

Yes, yes, yes - good post IMO. I feel that EA didn't want the night to end. I think we've all read cases where rejection is the trigger in some situations.

Snow was prettty much melted by 3 PM that same day. It was in the 60's today. Lots of legs were shaved today.

You're correct, the couch story was in in the arrest affidavit. I just think, IMO, the notes citing and quoting some of SB's interview (as well as the other interviews) are probably not all inclusive of what was discussed. LE only needed to provide the information that would allow a judge to sign off, in agreement, to the arrest warrant based on the affidavit. IMO, I would guess there is more to the interviews that may/may not provide additional information that LE has chosen not to share with the public at this time. Again, this is only speculation because I do not know what all was watched at the bond hearing outside of the EA interviews.

IMO, he probably wasn't punching walls and acting like the Kool-Aid man, but he possibly acted miffed or had an indignant attitude, filled with immature petulant eye-rolling, curt demeanor, and passive aggressive statements, making it obvious to witnesses that he wanted to hook up and was rebuffed. IMO, since CM wasn't the target of this initial desire, at least from what we've so far heard, her friends may have thought nothing of her walking alone with him and assumed she would be safe.

We don't know that he would have stayed on the couch with SB (and the SW is wishy washy on the whole SB/EA situ). Remember the plan was for CM to stay the night and she had changed her clothes. She decided to leave and he left, too.

I don't think it has ever been determined who decided to leave first, EA or Christina, have we? I still go with he "jumped at the chance" to go when she did, opportunity to hook up with her and/or get more rock. JMO

I dont think the good rock text meant anything. I think EA saw how upset Christina was about whatever was going on with HF and HF wasnt responding to her. I think EA was trying to impress her and said I bet he will respond to me. I will send a text asking about drugs and I bet he answers. I think EA was trying to get close to Christina.

These kids were probably high on prescription drugs and alcohol. They seemed like they were getting tired and ready for sleep themselves. They told her to spend the night plus she was offered an escort by sn which she refused both. I truly doubt they thought she would end up in the trunk of EA car. Its not like he was a complete stranger to her nor the group. Btw: Loving that piece of crap boyfriend of hers caused her to be in that garage at 3am with the associate who decided to turn kidnapper and .........................

IMO- Yes everyone can speculate and assume that CM was Kidnapped,was tortured,sexually assaulted, was at some point inside a small cramped up trunk,was forced,was killed,was dumped,was buried and so on. as of right now that is all that anyone really has for 6 months.
There are still so many blank blocks of time that not one of us knows 100% what really happened after 3:57:10am.(that is the actual time stamp when recording stopped)
allegedly - She(CM) was actually motion activated Vid recorded walking thru the corridor toward the interior of parking garage.
We can not see her face at any time (nor his) since it is only a back view-so I can not 100% beyond a doubt positively ID her as being Christina Morris walking thru the corridor-
What if she is alive somewhere ?? What if she just wanted to ditch her crappy life with HF ??
What if she had been threatened by him or his buddies?
So EA says it was her walking with him??? He could be lying again. What if It was not actually her we see in the video??? JMO~

As far as the blank blocks of time... I'm sure PPD has that info. to fill in all those holes. Tillery has told us if we saw all the evidence we would understand. Many of us choose to put our trust in PPD. I've grown up here and have seen this PPD bring down a few major things. They are known for being very meticulous. They are even showing us that. They are smart and strategic. The PPD knows how to use the media to their advantage...example They tell us they can't identify cars leaving garage and they really can...
Trying to fool EA. Example 2....family pickets outside of house.... EA starts a campaign with news stations.... Now they have him on video lying.
Very smart.
Example 3...turned over evidence to APD of a SA. I think they are trying to send a message to EA....You're not going to sit idle in jail and not tell us where Christina is... We're going to make this even harder on you the longer you drag this out and not tell us where she is.

I will tell you frankly that I believe the doubts that you raise here are so unlikely that I don't feel any of them would play well with a jury, as unpredictable as juries may be. Why would you think that Christina's family would not recognize her walk in the video on the walk to the garage? I often find it quite easy to identify mere acquaintances by their walk, so I imagine that her family would have no trouble. If you want to have fun sometimes, sit on a bench in a mall somewhere and watch people stroll by. It is amazing how people vary in the way that they walk. It is interesting what ungainly creatures people are compared to deer, horses, and cats. It seems to me that you are suspicious of everything the police have offered. Is that so?

An attractive young woman like Christina does not usually have to go to the extremes of disappearing in order to ditch a boyfriend, especially one who may have already been in the process of dumping her. New boyfriends are not hard to come by, although faithful ones may be. To me, you keeping reaching for the unlikely. In order to have these suspicions, wouldn't you have to believe that Plano LE was engaged in some sort of conspiracy to protect everyone but EA? Who would they be protecting? Do you believe them to be dirty? Drug involvement creates all sorts of risks. Do you believe LE is engaged in some way with protecting drug dealers/suppliers?

They were going to bed, the party was over, no more rock. IMO he was taking a chance on partying some more with Christina, and when she shot that down, he became unglued. I think he had a lot to drink, plus the Adderall, rejection, frustration - and there's no telling what Christina said to him. I can just imagine!
I'm just sorry he didn't get pulled over as soon as he left the garage.
