Pretrial for #EnriqueArochi changed to 9/18 per court records. #ChristinaMorris

9/11 already canceled...I sure hope for Christina's family sake they make this short and don't drag out with a ton of court dates changed. I am interested to see who is subpoenaed cc usually shows who they served and if they reached them. Praying for the family hope they find her soon.

There are a few pre-trials scheduled (9/11, 9/18 & 10/21) before the actual jury trial (11/30 for AK & 1/19 for SA). I believe it is routine stuff... A lot of motions have been filed as of yesterday, pertaining to witnesses, evidence etc.

You can see all that by going to the link below & clicking on the Case No.

Thank you for the info. I did not realize the data was there and viewable

Under the details of a 9/3 motion is:

"to Suppress Statements which were Illegally Intercepted and Recorded; and, Any Evidence Derived from Such Statements"

I wonder if this means they recorded some friends or party goers without their knowledge. Maybe time for a few people to be nervous?

I thought maybe it had something to do with one of EA's police interviews or the "uncut" video of him... dunno

That is pretty interesting. I believe the Plano police chief has connections to either FBI or CIA, perhaps he was able to call in favors from those agencies. Could also be Stingray technology or other technologies. If so, the judge could throw a lot of the evidence out if he/she feels like the gathering of data was illegal. Hmmm...

We've heard that CM's phone battery was dying. We also heard reports that she made many calls to HF that night. It was reported that she did speak to him, and all that about him wanting to kick LP's 🤬🤬🤬 and all the drama, crying, etc that resulted from that. Then we have been told that calls went to HF's phone from EA's phone, that a text was sent from EA's phone to HF's phone asking about getting "some of that good rock." It was also reported that CM sent a text telling HF to leave the door unlocked because of her losing her keys (oiye! the keys! Lost, found, lost??? Who the heck knows?!?)

Anyway, I just popped back on here and read some posts about how EA would be worried because he would know that HF was expecting her home. But according to the Disappeared episode, he wasn't concerned at all because according to him he figured she had gone to Tulsa to see her mom. Why would he have thought that? If she sent a text that said, "Leave the door unlocked..." meaning of course I'm on my way home, he wouldn't think she was going to Tulsa. However if she had somehow had another conversation or even left a message with him, maybe on a burner phone to a burner phone (and we know that people who deal and frequently buy do use them), saying, "Listen 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, I've had it and if you don't answer I'm done. I'm out! I'm going to Tulsa to stay with my mom!" If she left a rant like that in front of EA, then he would have known that HF wasn't actually expecting her home at all.

Just a thought worth considering, and all MOO, of course.

I heard the new Stingray report on the news today and skipped over it even though I have used that info in other cases. Go figure, LOL.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/12/08/cellphone-data-spying-nsa-police/3902809/

The stingray technology is not illegal. Yet.

So I don't think that data is likely to be tossed if that is how they obtained info, though I doubt that.

:cow:
I shouldn't have used the words Stingray and illegal in the same paragraph, you're right. The suppression motion may simply be regarding information on cell phones and computers from the Arochi home. Perhaps Gore is fishing for technicalities that may be used to suppress evidence.

This is a completely possible hypothetical situation. My assertion about EA thinking HF was expecting her home was based on actual evidence from the phones and police testimony. We can speculate for days ...as a matter of fact, that is almost all we've done for more than 365 of them now...but I still maintain it's

A) highly unlikely that EA thought be had 4 days to get rid of her

And

B) even more highly unlikely that he would have returned to move her once he figured out no one had reported her missing yet

HF wasn't at home that night, was he? And did she lose a key to the house, or two keys to the house? Wasn't the picture of Christina holding 2 keys sent to HF?

I just thought of the Private Investigator. I wonder what she discovered.

Unless EA had direct knowledge of HF's thinking and actions at the time (and there is no evidence he did), then what HF was truly thinking and doing in the next few days has little bearing on the question of whether EA was in a rush to get rid of CM. Getting rid of her, getting her out of his possession, had to be at the top of his list - AS FAR AS HE KNEW everyone including police would be showing up at his door or work any minute, looking for her.

And his actions support that same conclusion. That Saturday, scheduled to work at 8 am and desperately needing to have an alibi for his whereabouts, he instead skipped that morning of work to disappear, and when he showed up he and his car were beat to death. Then in ensuing weeks he claimed to others he was actually at work by 8 am. All of that provides strong supporting indication that he indeed prioritized getting rid of her that morning above all else.

The point being, it's not likely he took several days to get rid of her. Wherever she is, it most likely was a process that took only a few hours to complete.

Are you talking about the female investigator, Paula Boudreaux? There was a gentleman PI too, but I think he was not working the case and just commented.

Here's a link to what PI Paula Boudreaux said:

"Boudreaux said that in her career as a PI, every person she has looked for disappeared under circumstances involving drugs, money or sex. She believes Morris’s disappearance is somehow drug-related.

“[The people she was with] like to party, and I think it all stems from drugs,” she said. “I’ve tried to tell these people that do drugs that I don’t really care about the drugs. I don’t care what you’re putting in your veins or down your throat. I want Christina, and I want you to tell me things. Then you can go back to popping your pills or whatever.”

She said this about EA:

"One person the seasoned PI can’t seem to figure out is Enrique Arochi, the last known person seen with Morris before she disappeared.

“From the look of him and the way that he acts … there’s something not right about him. … He wasn’t being truthful, and my question would be, ‘Why?’ If you’re innocent, then sit down and talk to people,” Boudreaux said. “Don’t just go hide in your house – that’s ridiculous. The other day, I found out he had turned his phone off when he was on [State Highway] 121 between the Shops and Custer. And then the damage to his car, the scratches and bite marks on his arm, the limping. You think about things like that. I’m a straight shooter; I’m going to tell you how it is. If you look at his eyes, they jump really fast left to right when he’s talking. That’s abnormal.”

Raise your hands if you don't keep your house keys on the same key chain as your car keys.

If you lose 1 then you lose both. Which means that EA would have been taking her home that night. Jmo.

So he knew that she was going to need a ride and she was not going to Tulsea. Jmo.

Wait, what does Tulsa have to do with anything? I thought that was some BS made up by hunter as to where he thought she went and why he didn't report her missing.

My point is he said he went to his car and she went to her car. But this would be bull if she didn't have her house keys which is usually attached to the car keys. Jmo. So Tulsa is not my main concern for the post I made. Thanks.
