Okay, if you say so. I don't live in Allen, and I don't do drugs, so I have no personal knowledge. It doesn't seem likely to me, from the geography and the demographics, but where they do what they do is where they do what they do, of course - if the kids in Allen all go to S Dallas, then that's where they go.

In any event, the theoretical won't really matter here. LE will make an ID, and it will either be CM or it won't.

BBM I wouldn't really call these individuals "kids" and really EA is the only one that was living in Allen, well except for SB, I believe. CM and HF were living out in Ft. Worth, which sure is a long drive from the Shops over there in Plano, as well as a bit of a haul to the W, but that's what people do here in the metroplex. You go where the party can be found.

And while I've certainly never abducted or murdered anyone, I would have to say that logic may go out the window for someone who has put themselves in that situation. I doubt that person would be analyzing terrain or demographics at a time like that.

Everything is around 30 minutes from everything else, basically. Allen to 7000 block of bexar? 37 minutes. Eden (the club they frequented) to 7000 block of bexar? 30 minutes. The SAL to 7000 block of bexar? 37 minutes.

It's plausible.

1 I certainly agree that these kids would go where the party was. But all of them who met and partied that night night pretty much lived in Collin county area EXCEPT Christina, right? As I understand it, she was "coming home" to hang out with old friends. (HF wasn't part of the group that gathered.) And the party that night was in that area too.

2 In any event, I don't think EA would have done a spreadsheet on "places to go" at that hour, of course. But my belief is that he would have headed generally to less inhabited, more deserted where he would expect he could be unnoticed. It doesn't take much thought to know the difference and the general direction that entails, especially when your job has been taking you to that sort of area on a regular basis.

It's hard to say. And the keys, the keys, the keys! We really have never gotten any real answers about them.

6:21am, the sun rises. Do we know if EA was actually at work at 8AM? He would still have plenty of time to get there, I think. If he wasn't seen until 10ish AM, he could have gone so many places....

06:21 a.m. Sun rises.

Not on that Saturday morning in Collin Co TX. Sunrise would have been almost exactly 7 am, as I recall from many prior discussions. Easy to remember since it was such a "round number" fact.

Can you find a more deserted place on the map? This looks to me like a perfect hiding place. Like someone said, maybe LE would blame it on the seediness of the area? Idk. But when I look at the map, it makes a lot of sense to me.

True dat!

Plus from 6:21 a.m. - Sun rises .... to

10:15 a.m. Arochi pumps gas, inspects trunk and driver's side of vehicle at Allen Kroger, 1212 E. Bethany Drive. He is seen on video wiping down passenger side door and scrubbing back of vehicle with squeegee.

11:00 a.m. Sprint coworker says Arochi arrives to work 3 hours late.

Okay, found this:

At 2:34 a.m. Morris sent photo of her hand holding two keys to boyfriend Hunter Foster.

06:21 a.m. Sun rises.

From that description it sounds like the keys are just loose?

Yes, yes, yes.... those darn keys! So at 2:34am she has found the keys, at 3:30ish she leaves PP's apartment and is escorted by EA to the parking garage. Her friends did not report that she said (as she was leaving) that she was getting a lift from EA and she did speak to someone on the phone after leaving the apartment. LP, wasn't it? I will have to go back through all the info to be certain. I do recall that she did speak to SN and let him know that she was still walking to the garage, but we can only guess that she also didn't say anything to him about again misplacing the keys and needing to get a ride back home. But then she did send a text to HF alluding to having lost her keys and needing the door to be left unlocked. I would guess that she was just trying to illicit a response from him, but who knows? At that point maybe she reached into her backpack and couldn't find them again. At one point we had heard that someone at the "party" was playing tricks on her and hiding her keys.

A bunch of details, yes, I know. But I am interested in the details.

1 she had her keys, known fact backed by her actions
2 at his house at around 5:30 per pings
3 sunrise at 7 am or very close, not 6:21
4 whether he stopped by work at 8 am - I thought I remembered it being said he had done a stop by without logging in, just to make an appearance, but recently couldn't find any evidence of it being more than some prior conversational speculation here
5 he was seen about 10:15 at gas station video

We might be able to further narrow the window if his brother truly saw him come and go at some point at the house. But could be iffy info even if brother provides a time. But in theory, if we assume no sleep and dressing for work after 10:15, the driving range could be huge, with time for a trip as much as 2-ish hours from his home each way.

Again, curiouser and curiouser... This article totally omits the call to/from LP, but I know it is somewhere that she talked to him...

3:30 a.m. Morris and Arochi leave Petrosky's apartment on Scruggs Way.

3:43 a.m. Morris calls Steven Nickerson, says she's still walking to her vehicle.

3:50 a.m. Texas or phone call made from Arochi's phone to Foster.

3:53 a.m. Text or phone call made from Arochi's phone to Foster.

3:55 a.m. Text or phone call made Arochi's phone to Foster.

3:55 a.m. Arochi and Morris seen on surveillance camera entering parking garage.

http://starlocalmedia.com/planocour...cle_7d76c272-8fac-11e4-ae35-5728221577b8.html

From the probable cause hearing we now know that:

One phone call and two texts were sent from Arochi's phone to Hunter Foster. One text stated, "Could I get some of that good rock." Stamm said this suggests cocaine and believes Foster could supply this drug.

It was the shot of the call records that can be seen on the Disappeared episode. Maybe someone has that screenshot handy.

Please explain how her actions are a known fact? Besides the video, what is absolute?

I think the time stamp could work. He only needed about 90-120 minutes to pull this off. I would expect it took more time, though.

Sooooo..... Wow!

2:57 a.m. She called Logan

3:30 a.m. Morris and Arochi leave Petrosky's apartment on Scruggs Way.

3:37 a.m. LP returns her call and it's a 4 minute call

3:40 She calls LP again.

3:43 a.m. Morris calls Steven Nickerson, says she's still walking to her vehicle.

3:50 a.m. Text or phone call made from Arochi's phone to Foster.

Please explain how her actions are a known fact? Besides the video, what is absolute?

This is something we've hashed out MANY times in the past and for which there is no REASONABLE haziness at this point.

If we work RATIONALLY, like evidence in a court, then we observe the following facts:
1 the witnesses all agree that the keys were lost AND FOUND ...and no one suggests otherwise
2 the picture of the keys was sent to HF after previously having texted/talked/messaged him to say they were missing, which backs up the same thing the witnesses say, and demonstrates the keys as having been found
3 the fact that she absolutely left the house to go to her car to drive home (an action that is a known fact), shows she had the keys, as she would not have rationally left without keys
4 the ongoing dialogue with (SN?) by phone after she left (an action that is a known fact), who was trying to double-check that she was good to drive rather than impaired, and who received assurances of the same, demonstrates that both CM and (SN?) were acting in a manner that says she had her keys and was going to drive herself home - which she could not have done, and would not have planned to do, without having keys to do so.

In total, the record is not hazy as to whether she had her keys when going to her car. It's very clear she did, and there is nothing that really casts any doubt on it. I don't think anyone involved in the case (witness, LE, anyone) has any thoughts that she was missing her keys, there is nothing to suggest they were missing at that point, and imo it would be a red herring and create needless confusion to inject such a fictional narrative into the discussion here.

Ok, SteveS, thank you for letting us know your thoughts and opinions on the same timeframe and facts we are all working on.

(modsnip)

RATIONALLY? Low blow.

I HAVE YET TO SEE THE PIC OF THE KEYS. I have yet to see anything other than her walking into the garage with EA.
