Any help here is appreciated:
- Do we know if EA was for sure living at the parents address or not? I saw a post referring to a possible hotel address.
- Has LE released any information about the use of bank cards by either EA or Christina between 4:00 am and 5:30 am that day?
- Do we know the extent of the front end damage to the car?

I'm sure it has been mentioned he lived with his parents. He seen his brother there on the night of her disappearance. I believe the brother was asleep on the couch?!?! I'v not seen anything mentioned about a hotel. He also done the press interview from his parents house.

I don't believe there has ever been any mention of bank details.

As far as I'm aware there has never been photos released of the damage. I'm sure there are photos of his car being towed away by police but not clear photos of the damage.

*EA lived at home with his parents
*No bank card records were released, other than when CM was at the bar, earlier that evening (morning)
*No pictures of the damage to EA's car were ever released. I believe his car was repaired quickly afterwards (maybe JMOM can confirm)

You can see the damage on his vehicle on the Discovery ID special they did on Christina's disappearance. At the end when they are towing his car. You have to use slow motion but you can see it on there.

Christina's bank card, social media, nothing has been used since her disappearance and EA lived with his parents.

Thanks JMOM,
I know it was mentioned on here that the damage was quickly repaired, but I guess it was wrong information. There are also a couple of news articles that state the same thing, but it's not in the search warrant. I can't tell in the picture (on the tow truck).

I am thinking about the upcoming trial...and feeling some anxiety for what Christina's family may learn from the forensic details that will be released.
IMO we only know a smidgen of what LE has in the way of evidence against EA.
IMO they have taken their time building this case as well as the rape case and he is going to be a very, very, very old man who takes his last breath in a jail cell.
IMO Christina's dna will tell the story that she has not been able to tell herself.
Her family deserves those answers.

Interesting how this case in some ways parallels the Paige Johnson case in Covington Ky., with the forensic evidence being the biggest difference apparently.

His offense date was February 3, 2016

That's weird...why 2016? Hasn't he been in jail for a year?

Maybe he's been moved to another prison?
This website says he was arrested by the sheriff's office in Kaufman county and the changes were brought by the DOJ in Dallas.
Researching now if he'd always been held there, or if he was moved there in February...

My first guess is that he was probably transferred, for whatever reason.. Looks like a "fresh" mugshot too..

In a case like HF, isn't bail offered? Was he unable to meet it or how long can they hold someone before their right to a speedy trial? I watch too much Crime TV and I wonder about the innocent people who get jailed before they can clear there names. I am not saying he is innocent, just talking about people in general.

HF is on what is called a "Federal Hold" charge.(look at the bottom of the new mugshot). An example of a federal hold is an ICE charge dealing with the trafficking of narcotics. I'm not 100% sure, but I also think this means that once the State is finished with him for the State charges that he is then remanded into Federal custody to face Federal charges, too.

JMO, I don't think bail is an option in a "Federal Hold" case. I could easily be wrong, but from what I have read, I highly doubt it was ever on the table. Pretty sure he was picked up as part of a trafficking ring.

Would just a change in location also change the 'offense date'?

I'm confused about HF still being in jail without a trial? Are all the drug traffickers still in jail? I'm just very surprised there isn't even a trial date. Is this normal? I mean, how big of a dealer WAS he?
