And does your sibling's significant other know about it? Or notice that it was no longer there?

This stinks to high heavens, IMO.

THIS.
That is all.
Stinks. (imo)

EXACTLY! The last thing we need is to have the trial delayed AGAIN while they start trying to search for and analyze errant fibers from some mysterious blanket that may or may not have even been there.
The trial is supposed to start in June, right? It will be maddening if they delay it further because of something like this.

Agreed,
Sorry I cant add bc you already said what I wanted to post.

I want justice for Christina.... not to just pin it on the first person who can fit the bill for whatever reason. I hope they GET THE PERSON WHO TOOK HER -- if she was taken. Sorry that's not popular. I don't think it is Enrique. Now throw tomatoes at me. And for those who want to throw "evidence" at me, that will be decided at the trial, not here.

I could be wrong. I just want t the right person held responsible. Sorry guys. I don't think it is Enrique.

After months of investigation, and looking at everyone possible, the police found evidence that EA put her IN HIS TRUNK ...she has never been seen or heard from again ...while EA is provably lying right and left about what happened and what he did that night and thereafter. If we truly want justice for Christina, rather than some accusation that doesn't match the evidence, voila' there it is.

Yes, Steve, IN HIS TRUNK.... I'll wait for the trial. Thanks

Please don't nit-pick my posts. The only cell information that I've seen is Christina's and it shows multiple hits along a route.

It's not an exact science or she would have possibly already been located. The only way to find her is if the perp tells us the location or someone stumbles across her or we figure out a scenario that fits the information.

With multiple cell tower hits along a route in a given time with various time lapses in between there is a multitude of possibilities on where they may or may not have stopped. I'm trying to find one that makes the most sense.

I too don't remember seeing the cell phone pings, but I must admit, I have not visited in a while. Can you please post/link/or say where you saw them? I am so curious!

Thank you in advance!

...and you are certainly entitled to your opinion. The well-trained & highly acclaimed Plano Police Department, along with the extremely competent Detectives, the DA's office, the Morris & McElroy families, feel differently. Personally, I don't see one microscopic piece of evidence pointing elsewhere.. but, of course that is just my opinion. :peace:

Can I ask what your theory is and/or who you think took her and what happened if not EA?

No tomatoes here, but on what do you base your opinion that you don't think it was Enrique? Throw some evidence at me! If it's just a gut feeling that's fine too, but why. If it's a lack of evidence then support that too. And what about the evidence that exists? How would he be acquitted other than doubt? Does doubt equal innocent? In other words how do you support that you "don't think" it's him?

Wouldn't PPD and prosecution want to corroborate with EA's ex- girlfriend that she was indeed thrown by EA? Wouldn't this show that EA was abusive in the past and would be pertinent to PPD belief that CM was assaulted due to a denied sexual advance?

I do think it was Enrique, but I think there is more to the story. I think somehow someone else was involved, before, during, or after. I think the fact that he wiped the phone that he was using that night means that he was in communication with someone and that would have revealed more info. I think the reason that he isn't too keen on divulging anything about anyone else is because he feels that "they have nothing on" him because they can't find her. (I'm not saying this is true, so no bulleted dissertation about the legal system, please -- I'm saying I think this is what HE thinks.)
I think that he got help from someone after the fact and disposed of her body with their help. It would not surprise me if her body was moved from his trunk to another vehicle and transported out of town. If her body was placed in a dumpster far from here, that would have been emptied and that could be why it seems that he has "hidden her" so well. I think drugs were involved, again: before, during, and after. People do crazy shiz for drugs.

Anyway, all that is just my opinion.

It wasn't EA's ex...it was his brother's ex.

I think the brother's ex said that EA's ex was thrown across the room. At least that's what I thought the ex said in the interview.

Yes, here is the article:
http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2016/03/21/...is-kidnapper-describes-jail-as-mini-vacation/

"Roberts said she witnessed Enrique Arochi become violent with an ex-girlfriend.

“They actually went downstairs and as they were walking he’s up throwing his girlfriend and then saying no, she threw herself,” said Roberts.

Roberts said she was contacted by police but not interviewed."

Imo there is much more to the story. I'll leave it there per TOS. The trial will be.. ....illuminating. (imo)

Prayers for Christina.

Sorry. Thought you thought she was EA's gf (Roberts)

In the Dr Phil show, they interviewed the brother's ex-gf, and it sounded like EA's "anger problems" - illustrated by throwing his ex-gf across the room in anger - extended beyond that single incident. Regardless of whether you want to believe her as a witness, if EA truly has an ongoing track record like that, it fills in some of the gaps on how and why this might have happened to CM - having the misfortune to cross paths with a parent-coddled punk who chooses to get rough with women when he doesn't get his way.
