In the Dr Phil show, they interviewed the brother's ex-gf, and it sounded like EA's "anger problems" - illustrated by throwing his ex-gf across the room in anger - extended beyond that single incident. Regardless of whether you want to believe her as a witness, if EA truly has an ongoing track record like that, it fills in some of the gaps on how and why this might have happened to CM - having the misfortune to cross paths with a parent-coddled punk who chooses to get rough with women when he doesn't get his way.

I don't find this surprising at all about EA, the main reason I say so is because I've seen it in real life. A friends daughter is married to a similar type of man, the "parent-coddled punk", who doesn't work, hasn't had to ever work even, his parents pay the rent and his bills. He's a very angry & manipulative type of person when he doesn't get his way (has been physically abusive before, is very emotionally abusive), and will do pretty much anything at any cost to make sure he gets his way. It's pretty scary and heartbreaking to see, she left him once but he was able to manipulate and worm his way back in by turning on the charm, and is now on a quest to get her & their daughter, my friends grand daughter, to hate my friend. Even got their 3 year old daughter to announce loudly at a family gathering that "grandma is a bad person", but my friend is one of the kindest and tolerant women I know. But this guy thinks he is entitled to everything and always getting his way. He's not above using a 3 year old as leverage to keep my friend away because my friend wants her daughter to leave this guy and this guy to be exposed, he knows it and is doing whatever it takes. It's an awful situation, so no it doesn't surprise me to hear this kind of stuff about EA.

I'm not sure, but did she tell the police these things at any time prior, or is she just now coming forward with the info? It is bothersome if she is just now coming forward with it due to a break up and never said anything before.

More than anything, I hope Christina gets to come home soon. I can't believe we are on thread 40 and still no trace :(

The trial date is in June, right? It was Nov 2015 then was pushed to June of 2016 because of the shop vac hair, is that correct? I just can't believe how long this has been with no answers! At least June is only about 3 months away, but still...

Monday, June 6th @ 9:00am.. Wish I could attend.

Great search ideas.
I can imagine a scenario where she was alive inside the trunk of the car and a struggle takes place after he stops somewhere. Maybe she finds a tool in the trunk to hit him with and that explains the injuries to his leg, arm and torso.
Either way your location could work. did you check drive times w/ cell pings to see if anything matches up?

No check of drive times, I'm not from there, and didn't do the math for mileage.

I just tried to put myself in the mind of a young adult who has a dead person in his trunk, and imagined he would want to rid himself of the dead person asap. He chooses to exit after Custer Road because he's noticed some green spaces as he was driving along Sam Rayburn and didn't want to pass them all.

Once on 121, I imagined EA frantically looking for any place he could pull into the woods and get that dead person out of his trunk.

Rowlett Creek area has what looks like a bike or walking path running to the south and a track that runs through the woods and comes out on an easy-west street to the south (sorry, can't remember the name, and when I previously tried to post a reply and looked at my other tab with the map, I was booted and lost my post).

Watters Creek, too, has some tracks and entry areas, as well as what looks like a structure in one wooded area.

I just don't think he took her very far once she was dead. He would have wanted her out of his car NOW.

I am puzzled as to why he would return to that area north of the Shops, but maybe he intended to dump CM's purse, phone, etc., back by her car and couldn't get that close for some reason.

I wish we we knew if more phone pings are recorded--I feel a little foolish thinking I can make any sense of Christina's disappearance by looking at a map and imagining scenarios.

And yet, here I am. Reading and wondering and praying for CM's family since the beginning of this tragedy.

Watters Creek area also looks like there is some kind of structure in the middle of the woods. I couldn't tell what, maybe a hay shed or something.

I wish that Frisson was able to elaborate on his theory, perhaps he/she will. I'm going to be curious as hell when the trial starts. The Feds seem to have one other person locked away indefinitely, so if there is another player, he would be my guess. I really am doubting that there is another involved however, the state hasn't mentioned anyone else and the community was never put on alert. Plus, the smile in the courtroom tells me that he is guilty and that EA knows that the only power that he has left in his life is to hold the information of CM's location back. He may hope that he can negotiate with it or gain some type of pleasure in punishing CM's family.

So, that location seems reasonable. I also think that she may be in the most likely spot on Earth, like C Tennyson. My guesses would be in a green space around Shops at Legacy or the huge green space close to his home, Oak Point park/Bob Woodruff park.

Can someone please post the timeline for me with locations and released pings from the shops until Enrique got to work at 11:00 am? I have searched and searched and I know there is a very detailed one and I can't find it. TIA <3

And you're making a really good job of it, if you ask me :)

Is this the one you mean?

catpatrol's timeline

From the timeline;

"9/19

Swab from Dr. Pepper can in CM’s car sent for DNA profile"

----------------------------------------------
Among other things, with all the cleaning he appears to have done with his car, how did he miss a Dr. Pepper can?

Yeah, but the DP can was left in HER car, I am assuming from earlier in the day and was used for CM's profile, not his. I don't think he felt a need to go through her car.. When they left the garage together (assuming nothing had happened yet), he wouldn't have gone back to CM's car. If something DID happen in the garage, he wouldn't have taken the time to go through her vehicle.. Also, LE more than likely could have gotten a DNA sample from various items at her house, if they didn't have the Dr Pepper can. His DNA sample was probably taken when he was arrested. JMO

Don't feel foolish for critically thinking this through.

I agree with a lot of your thoughts here.

I don't necessary agree with the theory that she was killed in the garage though. My guess is that the attack took place inside the front of the Camaro near Custer Road. Here, I believe Morris realized Arochi didn't intend to drive her home, but intended to rape her (as Jonnie now believes occurred). I'd guess that the injuries to Arochi's right arm were due to Morris's scratches or bites. Also, I'd guess the injuries to Arochi's ribs/abdomen, where due to kicks by Morris. I believe Morris died within a few minutes drive (a few miles) of the Custer Road gantry at about 4:15 am. I believe after her death, Arochi moved Morris's body to the trunk, before her drove back on HW 121 to north of Shops at Legacy. So, in my theory, the trip back was not just to dispose of Morris's purse and phone, but also with Morris's body. As you thought above, I agree that Arochi likely would want to get rid of all evidence ASAP. I believe he did that in the garbage dumpsters north of the SAL. Sadly, I don't think the police have tried to check this including seeing where this garbage was processed and ultimately buried. My guess is that the phone, purse, Morris's body, and Arochi's blanket are all there.

It took him 10 mins to get to Custer but 40 mins back to 5800 Granite which technically should have been about a 10-min drive. So he exits at custer, pulls off, rapes her, puts back in trunk and heads to 5800 Granite. His phone and her phone both ping here 9 mins apart. Vehicle must not have been moving. What are the bodies of water in front and middle and behind the business at 5800 Granite I see on Google Earth? Any local that can check those areas?

That's right, thanks. I forgot it was from her own car. This case has gone on so long it's getting fuzzy.

I agree that there was an altercation between Christina and EA somewhere. He got hurt after leaving the party at PP's and arriving at work, and I believe it was due to Christina trying to fight him off.

Whether Christina was in his trunk leaving the garage, or put there sometime after he passed Custer Road, the timeline fits for EA to have disposed of her before he went home.

roadrunnermt, your theory of the time and the pings back north of the shops does make a lot of sense, and might explain that weird nine minute gap in the pings on both phones.

Her phone, at least, never left the 5800 Granite area.

All imo, of course.

  • #519
I wish we had the ping locations/directions for those phones for the time span between 4 and 4:45. I seriously doubt that single pair is all they have, and that info would certainly make it easier to discuss and theorize areas that are more likely from those much less so. But even the Granite Pkwy pair of pings is hazily disclosed to us - while we have been told they came from the same direction, we haven't been told whether it was from N, S, E, or W from that tower.

I agree, the Granite Parkway dumpsters are my best guess but sadly that would be the worst possible location for her because that would mean them never finding CM body giving EA an easier ride out of prison in x amount of years instead of him dying in there.
