Massive revision here... thanks to my old nemesis the Collin Cad... So, several buildings in the complex, each owned by United Dominion Realty, but our friends at 5700 have a DBA name of Legacy Village Iv, Building E whereas 5701 has a DBA of Legacy Village Apts Phase Ii.

However, we may still need to check into the phrasing from LE-- was it directly 5700, or was it "the 5700 block of Scruggs Way"?
Although so much about this case has been phrased so haphazardly (from MSM, not WS) that I'm starting to feel like it doesn't even matter any more.

Do we have anything to confirm that SN is his legal name? any SM sites to support this is a real id and not a pseudonym? We've said (unofficially, of course) that he doesn't have a record with the courts, but could that be because it's not his real name? Is there something else he goes by?

Henry's Tavern? How would someone go missing from a tavern? That's peculiar.

I think this is linked to CM too much of a coincidence , who knew she was missing before everyone else did i wonder who made this report?

Leep, FYI, one of CM's friends that was with her the night she disappeared is a poster here. She (Vi13) said that SN was not who walked CM to her car. You can pull up her posts and read them. HTH.

Just to clear up some confusion about Vi13, she was NOT part of the girls night out. She parked in the same garage as Christina and saw her walking out of the garage when the night began, but only saw her from behind. Then she ran into her at Henry ' s and realized that was who she saw in the garage. They chatted for a bit at the bar catching up with each other then when a group of obnoxious guys came up to them they hugged and Christina went back to her friends and Vi13 went back to her boyfriend and group of friends. That was the end of their interaction for the night. Vi13 does not live at the shops.

Also Vi13 does know all the people involved because they all went to high school together. I get the feeling they are not part of her current primary social group but they are all still friendly and on facebook together.

Since Vi stated her talking with CM face to face was brief inside Henry's Tavern the evening prior on 8-29-14. She/he stated that was at about 11:30p-12m

Unless of course
A. Vi stayed close by and followed CM for the next 4 hrs
B. Vi is part of the entire group to begin with and the brief encounter story is just that.. smoke screen
C. Vi knows nothing and is not who they say they are

No i think shes legit as soon has we started talking about EA she stopped posting and i dont blame her if it was him.
Also shes been on the search's and shes friend's on fb with them all so she will get a lot more access to what's been said then use.
That is if Vi is who i think it is.

I read a post by another poster on another thread. It said that, statistically, victims are not located in the jurisdiction where they disappeared or crime was committed. I find this very interesting. I'll do some checking and see what I come up with.

:gaah: I'm confused. Did Christina go missing at midnight and was reported missing? Why isn't she on any more video than that one itty bitty clip? Did she then reappear and go missing again at 4 a.m.? :waiting: I say haul their butts before a :judge: and the media and everyone get their story straight. Not holding my breath. :gaah:
