I don't think so. It was just the friends and BF and LE didn't give them polys. I think someone mentioned LE normally doesn't give polys where everybody is offering to take a poly. If EA didn't offer to take one, then that is the one person LE should be asking to take a polygraph :cow:. Unless they have the darn video of them actually parting ways - fishy! fishy! fishy! Did he offer to turn his phone over to LE?

I think she could not get cell phone service in that garage. Father says she texted right before entering garage and calls stopped after that. Has anyone here tried to get cell or texts out while in the Shops at Legacy garage? If the answer is no, then we know her phone was disabled while in the garage.

If LE can not Positively Identify not 1 but 3 2500lb vehicles in surveillance footage from the garage
then how the heck can they positively identify the backview of what appears to be a female and male shown on CAM13 at 3:57am

Very good question! Right now, we don't know something bad went down at the little get together of 4-5 people and they all freaked and came up with the plan to dress up in Christina's clothes, take her phone and text her BF that she was coming home and had this guy walk to the garage (or drove them there) and be seen on the only WORKING camera to mislead everyone as to where Christina's last known whereabouts.... I feel like a dog chasing her tail here.... Again!

Yes, I park in that exact same area where she was parked all the time and can always get cell, text, web service. I am 99% sure she would have had no issues with service there. I think that's the least likely explanation.

Yeah. I call B.S. On the "not being able to ID three cars". If they couldn't ID them, they would have released the surveillance in hopes that the public can help.

....which could have been her in a car driving through the shops with whomever she left with...

ETA: txyorkiemom...was it you who said there were two options when leaving the Shops? One would've been a toll road. The other not.

I think the likelihood of a bunch of 23 year olds coming up with this idea at 3:30 in the morning is slim to none. I would bet that before their friend went missing, they didn't really ever even think about cameras around an area they probably felt very safe. They certainly wouldn't think to stage her going home so that it would be caught on camera.

Was it all heresay/rumors and that's why it's not in MSM? Just curious since all along I keep getting confused about why most everyone here says he was last person with her and talking about how he probably did something to her. Do we know much more about SN and since his name is in MSM we can discuss him right?

Yes. She could have been walking. But my gut tells me she was in a car. In which case, her phone could have still pinged as she was being driven somewhere else. Willingly, at that point, or not.

Hi Cindy! The article mentioned Steven Nickerson as one of the people Christina was with that night, but the next paragraph talks about the person who was walking with Christina and it was not SN. The original article I read has changed a bit and I don't even know if SN's name is still in the original article. It said something like the person in the video seen with Christina is cooperating and not considered a person of interest. . . . He's the only person that has not been named (that I know of - several players in this case) in MSM. It's two different people, one named Steven Nickerson, and the unnamed man in the video.
