That is the only thing that could mean. IMO

Maybe he was drunk staggering. I don't see any reluctancy. To me the video was too grainy.

Well if the reporter has more info, why not just report it. Make a good article and get some good attention and quit making everyone try to solve the puzzle. If it was such great info I would think someone would be in jail or "of interest" by now??

Because here's the thing: if the boyfriend is cleared because a witness says he was at home sleeping at the time that he says he was, how can 4-5 people at a gathering who say she is there not be enough for LE to say that there is evidence that she was at the apartment south of Legacy? Do they mean physical evidence only? I'm confused because if that's the case, then unless the bf filmed himself at another location at 4am, how can they be sure about him? And if there is no other video of CM except for what we see in the garage, then how do we know where she was for certain???

OK..just got through with Plano reporter on twitter. she wants me to DM her with questions for PD...she went today and they told her they have nothing new. I asked about other videos and she said the public doesn't need to see them. fishy...fishy...fishy..I to?d her they dismissed the guy in the garage as if he was the chiefs family....now...I see that if you can dismiss someone so quickly..you would have to have knowledge...personal knowledge..of there whereabouts that day...who was that guy In the garage?

The only thing we do know is her Social Security Card was stolen and not returned earlier this year.

How often do they empty the trash compactor that is in the garage? Regularly? Trash bin/dumpster and more than likely trash pickup was not delayed for holiday weekend.

If I remember correctly every neighborhood has a different collection day.

I keep watching their "collision" over and over, trying to determine who veered into whom-- my strategy is always to keep an eye on the "blank space" to his right and see if he maintains a consistent margin, but dang it, I always get distracted by whatever CM is fiddling with in her hands.

Every. Time. I. Watch. It.

My only conclusion is that if whatever it is can be so distracting to me, it must have been distracting to her, as well?

That's a great list CookieM, but I don't know what I have to add other than everything after the 2 witnesses seeing her going into Henry's everything gets a little fuzzy for me. And I am not drinking alcohol. There were 2 missing person reports filed from the area but we don't know if they were regarding Christina or not.

This is where things fall apart for me, too.

I see him veer slightly, but I can't tell if it is because the ground is uneven or he is drunk. The footage is so short. It would be nicer if we could have followed them a little longer.
