Please tell me the takeaway for the Property is they now must update their CCTV security systems

If the property's cameras are truly in the state of malfunction that has been represented by ppd and the media, failure to make the necessary repairs could put them square in the firing line of a negligent tort for a future dispute.

Could someone slam dunk the property management in a negligence tort case? Like, hypothetically, CM's family? No way-- there's nothing to suggest that having cameras would have prevented CM's disappearance. At best, it would have provided one more link in the chronology/timeline. A juicy one, but still just one.

Maybe this is crazy talk, Jerry, but what if, let's call him "E" for Escort actually gave LE some interesting nugget. Information that a person who was an "acquaintance" or classmate from high school might hear that night, but not information that the group who have repeatedly distanced themselves from this person would want shared. Several times we have heard via msm, that E was not close friends with cm, that he was only an acquaintance, that he didn't really hang out with them, etc... So if E we "on the fringe" so to speak, maybe he had a nugget to share.... and did. Now he's the patsy since he was the last one seen with her. BUT if he were innocent, and LE knows this because they have their own beautiful bean footage that they are holding close, LE would be looking at the REAL suspects. All the while keeping everyone guessing about E: "It must be E! Who else saw her last! etc etc" This would make certain people comfortable and more likely to slip up.
E has never been named. E has never spoken. E has never reached out to family (according to family.) Makes E look like he ain't so nice, right? The proverbial bad guy. Just the kind of guy who would harm a young woman at 4am. While everyone scrutinizing E, LE is looking at the real deal.
Maybe LE has told E to keep it quiet, and maybe E knows he needs to because he gave up some info that is going to bring down a lot of people.
Maybe....

LE is holding back info for no reason. by the reporters own admission. they said they don't have anything but they don't want anything...other than help..which they aren't going to tell you what they know because it could possibly ...possibly ...be a criminal case later...smh...

The likelihood of a negligence tort case against shops at legacy prop mgt in CM's family's favor would be as likely as filing negligent tort towards a dealer in an OD case...

Why are you so sure the reporter is going to tell you anything truthful. If LE is holding back info they'd be morons to let, of all people, a reporter know the deal and have that person go yapping away on a twitter feed. Come on! Now for real, THAT would be crazy. That's why Andy couldn't let Barney walk around with a loaded gun, for criminy's sake....

We ALREADY know who he is.... we've been talking about him for like 5 threads. He's not a POI so we are not free to discuss. However not cop or son of cop if it makes you feel better.

Morris, 23, was last seen in the early-morning hours of Aug. 30 at the Shops of Legacy shopping

center in Plano.
Surveillance video from the shopping center shows Morris and a man, who has been described by

family members as a friend of Morris' from high school, approaching a parking garage. Plano police

have said their detectives have questioned that man, as well as several other people, and that no

one has emerged as a person of interest or a suspect in Morris' disappearance.

None of the searches have produced clues in Morris' disappearance.

He has not been named by police or msm, so we can not name him on here. Part of the rules.

New article from yesterday:

PLANO – The safest city in America, is feeling a little bit on edge. After Christina Morris vanished without a trace almost a month ago, safety, especially for other young women, has become a big issue.

“When Christina went missing I think that it was definitely a shock and its really scary,” Whitney Bailey said as she drank coffee at the Shops at Legacy in Plano. “It’s made me think about the people that I’m with and make sure that people know where I’m at.”

Flyers, reminding everyone that this is where Morris Vanished. Still adorn the light posts at the shopping center.

Plano PD holds personal safety seminars on a regular basis, but say they’re receiving way more interest in the next one September 24, at 7 pm.

Meanwhile, there haven’t been any cracks in the case to find Christina Morris.

“Not having any evidence in terms of how she left that parking garage thats been a challenge,” Officer David Tilley said.

Still, cops insist the right clue could come along and make all the difference.

“We’re talking to anyone who might have any information at all of something even in the past,” Tilley explained. “Were still a long way from this thing turning cold.”

Plano is still the safest city in America, according to Forbes Magazine, despite one very frightening disappearance. But statistics don’t always create a safe state of mind.

This is the part that I am having a hard time with... we have been told they have search extensively, even TES teams came from Houston

Next are they going to say 1 of the cars was a 84 Deloren with a crazy nutty scientist researching time travel and CM hitchhiked from the professor???

Please tell me what you are referring to? How did the "Texans" break the rules? Just trying to learn something since you were not specific...what happpened to set off this warning?

Sorry I've been gone so long - o/t but I almost had to check into a mental institution today after dealing with Comcast cable company over the phone for almost three hours. I've chilled out a bit now.

Anyway, sometimes when I'm tired posts seem more intense to me than after I read back over them the next day. Last night, I thought posters (certain Texans) felt scolded over breaking a rule - now I think it could have been me who broke a rule last night too! So, what else is new? I was trying to be comforting, not meaning to warn anybody about anything. Also as usual, I was misunderstood I guess. Woe.is.me.
