There's no way this is possible. I'm sure they would tell the family she is safe although they might not disclose her location etc.

It strikes me how many "old" friends Christina encountered Friday evening. At least two that we know of firsthand.
We know some kind of division among friends took place after Christina began calling HF her bf and left her ex behind. To make matters worse, HF was supposedly a best friend of the exes too.

What if Christina's long time, no see female friend sent out a text to someone announcing who she just ran into at Henry's triggering another old friend (possibly one who harbors ill feelings) to show up unannounced (thus the 2:00 a.m. disturbance call early Saturday to LE). The theme of old friends (former maybe) is prevalent throughout the time frame being investigated.

Has the family hired a private investigator?

Several have posed that question on the FB page and it got deleted ASAP. Those on the page following everything get a bad vibe from the start. The family begs for you to help, donate money, be involved in the searches. But, they could care less when you have a question. It seems to be all about the money. I thinkosr "followers" of the page have gotten angry and stopped paying attention. It is so easy for them to just press "delete" on posts from people who really and truelly care. All they want is money to support the cause, but if you have questions about it, your inquiries will be deleted ASAP! The case is going cold because people have given up interest after trying to help and then being shot down. The family and friends are hiding a lot, that's what I gather.

I'm almost positive I saw Oklahoma AND Allen. More certain about Allen than Ok, actually, because I was wondering if it was the one on McDermott, and I meant to see if there were other Allen locations.

There was a comment made a few days back (can't remember where) to the effect that out of respect for the family there would not be searches that day. Anyone have any ideas as to what that comment meant? ty

I'm taking it to mean that while they still hold out hope for a joyous reunion, they are also beginning to prepare themselves for the worst. I think Jonni and the family are some super strong amazing people but the gravity of the situation is likely beginng to set in. That can spark a myriad of emotions and they are probably not ready to go through those feeling publicly. JMO

I have been following this thread on and off for the past couple of weeks (along with PPD statements, media, interviews, and Find Christina FB). I live about 17 miles from the Shops at Legacy.

I made a comment on the Find Christina (private) facebook page that was eventually deleted. I find this so odd. I wasn't rude, was helpful, gave an outsiders perspective and basically was told that my opinion wasn't needed and how out of line I was for even offering suggestions! Let me read of the rules but I do have screen shots. I don't know- I am baffled!

I just hope it wasn't random and she is found but I don't lik what my gut is telling me as I am not a psychic but I've been told I have good premonition. I sure pray I'm wrong. Praying for Christina & her family everyday. I really do hope they searched every inch of the areas close to the shops and I still strongly believe they should check the construction sites just to cover their basis and if not I agree Le knows something their not Sharing and I hope the reason is because they are hoping the perp will screw up and give them probable cause!

Yes! Saw your comments. I had commented under your original post, and when I went to comment again, the entire post was deleted. I was amazed at all the comments, basically saying the same thing, and then poof! Admin deletes at suggestion of Christinas friends. Sad.

Sorry, I meant to go back and edit "they" to "the family or friends" but I got distracted and went down a fb rabbit hole. I didn't mean that LE was not accepting suggestions from the public.

Maybe another person in the family passed away or there was some kind of a religious day for them??? I have an aunt that believes in honoring Sundays.

Actually, IMO, it seems to be a pretty common thing here recently. I think maybe it has to do with how fast stuff is spread around the net. I suspect that the police have a pretty good idea who, what, when happened. They just have to be able to prove it. That's why everything is so quite.

Welcome Ashley! This reminds me of the Erin Corwin FB page. It was the exact same way. People were deleted right and left if you suggested anything that might be helpful. Come to find out, LE had a very good idea of what happened to Erin and were in the process of finding her and charging the perp.

WOW - now that would be frustrating. Much like this case except at least we can still explore possibilities here on her thread.
