Okay, I think we are all confusing each other here. To clarify:

CM and friends supposedly were at Lake Lewisville on Wed before her disappearance.
Photo from intsagram was uploaded 8pm the Friday before she went missing.
Photo is from Dallas Holocaust museum.
CM was reported to be carrying her (large) camera with her the night she went missing.
Thought I had was maybe she was with bf in Dallas, took pic, uploaded, then went to Henry's
Rumor alert: sm report of bf being at bar in Dallas that night
Police say bf was sleeping and phone battery was dead so this is why he did not respond to her texts
Police say witnesses confirm his whereabouts, and he is not a POI
AFTER she was reported missing, bf went to OK to distribute fliers at gas stations and rest areas and casino

We aren't saying anyone was at the lake the night of the disappearance.

Think with me, Cook...if noone was at the lake...why is LE searching there?? Right?

Megan Fischman, a friend of Morris’ for 10 years, echoed that sentiment.

“I want there to still be hope and I want everyone else to feel that there’s hope,” she said. “I want to bring her home. Ideally, I want her to be in wonderful shape.”

Fischman said the two had been particularly close over the past couple of months, spending a lot of their free time together. Morris was the type of person, she said, that was always encouraging.

“One of the last times I hung out with her, I’d just gotten back from a funeral and I was in such a bad mood and complaining about everything and she was like, ‘It’s okay,’” Fischman said. “She wanted to accommodate me in any way she could, and not just me because I’m special or anything. She was like that with everybody.”

I would guess the money may be going to the dart billboards ect ... mentioned in the article.
The expenses add up quickly.

My guess is the silence is deafening to this family. There are no leads and they need a break. I think it's very sad!
I can't even imagine if it was my child being told we just don't know and the search team is going home.

The police telling me we have no leads.

What should they do?

You can't go home because you need to keep trying to find your child.

Nothing prepares a family to deal with this.

I think they are probably feeling lost.

You want to search but you have no leads. You beg the public for leads.

You don't want anyone to give up because you as a parent can never give up. Of course you want her alive so you go with the most positive scenerio.

I am praying for the family and I hope when and if they ask for help people will help. They are most likely regrouping and begging people to come forward.

They are following any lead. They are desperate in my opinion. What the he@@ happened to her?

He was at the lake with CM on Wed. He must have gone to garage on Sat am and kidnapped her and killed her and dumped her in lake. Makes sense as he was there Wed, and he was also there on Sun, I believe, after she went missing while everyone was searching for her there

Mother lives in Oklahoma and I am sure she has a lot of expenses, hotel, food, etc having to stay here in Dallas and search

I think I have asked this question before... but the photos of CM , all the ones of her in the black shirt.. does anyone know when it was taken??
Just curious, because the one represented as how she appeared the night at Henry's ..she seems to have a lighter complexion than the one in the black shirt.

I was wondering if she had been out at the beach or spent a lot of time at a pool,river,lake or something... or she used a tanning salon .

If CM and BF were at the lake on Wed not Fri ..Was she on vacation from work that week or something?? As I do not recall Wed the 27th being a holiday.
I know her boss is the one that alerted someone that there was a concern for her not showing up on Tues the 2nd.

Someone on here mentioned Scott Peterson came to mind. I just went back and read about the Peterson's trial....omg I hope not but I can soooo see this turning into a situation like that. Laci Peterson had been missing for about a month when her family started to rescind their support of Scott's innocence. CM and her boyfriend's break up that evening/weekend had to have something to do with her disappearance. It was a major episode in her life that seems to have caused a a bizarre series of events in her last days seen alive. Unfortunately in her last days seen, she was in emotional turmoil over it. What are the chances a major life-event like that would have NOTHING to do with someone's disappearance?

Is DFW about to embark on a hugely followed public trial?
