Is there any concrete proof that her car never left the garage? Eyewitnesses, video, etc.?

The video that has been released is all any of us has along with PPD statements to the media

A surveillance camera released by police showed her walking with a man in the parking garage before the two went in separate directions.
http://crime.about.com/od/missing/fl/Missing-Person-Christina-Morris.htm

Police quickly located Morris' vehicle still in the parking garage. They say her cell phone is either

turned off or her battery is dead. Her cell phone's last usage was traced to The Shops At Legacy

mall.

I thought I would share something that may indicate how or why she called so many times. It was over 20 years ago when I found out my ex was cheating on me and I had gone out of town to sort things in my mind and I decided I wanted to make it work so I got in my car and drove home calling him non stop over and over. I'm sure it was 1-2 calls every minute hoping he would answer so I could tell him I was willing to forgive him and figure out what we could do to save our relationship/marriage but we were still newly weds and apparently he didn't want to be married or he wanted to be with the other woman instead so he wasn't answering. I had the old bag phone so no texting and I was leaving voicemails on our home recorder but he wasn't there. He was at a hotel with the other woman. Regardless he wasn't planning to talk to me and he had already in his mind made up he didn't want to be with me so he could careless where I was or what I was doing. I got home and he had not been there and al the messages were there. So it's possible for HF to have already decided to move on and he turns phone off to ignore Christina and/or he was with the other girl he was supposedly cheating with and she turned it off saying choose between us. He may not have been at home to ever get the message to leave door unlocked and because in his mind it was over he was ignoring her and if they fought and ignored each other before this would be nothing new and we don't have proof he was at their home all weekend. He could have been with the other Woman and if he moved on then he wouldn't be looking out to see where Christina was. But then again it's just a thought. I'm not saying he's right because trust me I wish I wouldn't have been a fool to think my ex was worth driving so upset and calling him over and over. Later I realized it was obsessive and stupid but I was desperate to see him and make up. I finally found him next day at hotel but it was over and I was heartbroken and anything could have been possible including suicide at that point for me but I had lots of friends and they were there for me. I feel if Christina saw anyone who loved and cared about her after the text in the garage they would have come forward. I'm not sure it could have been that planned out for HF to come and stalk her and have a plan that would leave no evidence of this were the case but also if she was hiding from him per some of the reports then again she would have asked the guy in garage to walk her to her car or she would have probably told a friend or someone if I'm not back in a few minutes please come find me or be worried. Seriously, do you think she was that worried about her safety IF she had plans to go back to their home together around 4 am and NOT ask a friend to come along??? I'm leaning towards guy in the garage or random still.

I just don't think anyone saw her and whatever happened to her occurred soon after that last text

Cindy

Awww Cindy ... I am so sorry you were betrayed by him... I can not take liars and cheaters..sorry it makes my skin itch!! They are like parasites.

I hear and understand your thoughts about this ... and agree with what you are saying .
Just remember our outline that we have going....
**bf was sleeping and phone battery was dead so this is why he did not respond to her
calls/texts.. this was confirmed by witness and police his whereabouts, and he is not a POI**

If he was sleeping and saw the texts then yes that makes me even more mad as to why he waited to report anything. So irritating. Someone has to know something!!

I am like all of you the longer they take on bringing any news out on this may make it less fresh in everyone's mind that if they had some more insight may reach out but later when it's not as fresh they may not remember all the pertinent details.

I hope they release something or have some hard evidence for why they are staying so quite about her disappearance

I guess usually .. but I for one have never kept mine together for over 20 plus years.
my thinking is I would not want to lose both at the same time if I lost or misplaced them

I agree, neither did I in my many more years. I would hate to have the rest of the keys dangling around scratching my dashboard around the keyhole. It's a matter of fact that in whole my family and circle of friends I only know 2 people who are keeping their car- and house keys together.
So we can't just assume she did kept hers together. She may or may have not.

Yes that is what is sooooo super frustrating about all this !!
Jazz has her own Power point going on why she is frustrated ..and I do not blame her 1 bit..

Yes we all know we do not want any part of the arrest process to be jeopardized.... but at least give us something more to go on!!

Just checking in to see what is happening here. Has the official search ended? I just don't have the feeling she disappeared on her own. I think someone she is close to has some information, maybe this takes time for LE to discover. Prayers for her and her family. Having lived in Plano for 22 years, you can't find a safer, cleaner, well run city.:twocents:

IMHO

If you say so - not sure how honest the people are though. I went through a warrants list (dated as of September 2) only up to alphabet letters "Gag" and counted twenty people/names listed on Legacy Drive alone. Other streets popped up more often! Many of these people have four to six outstanding warrants.

I could never be at peace living like that - don't even know the reason a person, if not a criminal, would have outstanding warrants owing thousands of dollars. What is wrong with these people?

FWIW....
I just wanted to touch in a bit more on your question.. here is another statement from LE

http://cw33.com/2014/09/22/without-a-trace-morris-dissapearence-creates-unease-in-plano/
Meanwhile, there haven’t been any cracks in the case to find Christina Morris.

“Not having any evidence in terms of how she left that parking garage that’s been a challenge,” Officer David Tilley said.

Still, cops insist the right clue could come along and make all the difference.

The right clue might be in other videos of the three cars that they say are too grainy to make out. Let the public help already!! They are shooting themselves in the foot by not letting others know some possible motives or ways the public just might have a clue that would open up the rest of the roadmap.JMO

Earlier the idea of insurance money came up. Because Christina is so young, I dismissed the idea without thinking much about it.
Today, I started thinking about the clothing business Christina was involved with along with her significant other.
How is the business funded? Who manufactures the clothing? Where did they get the collateral? Who is the creative person behind the designs? Are there other people involved?

One of Christina's friends mentioned the business was just getting started. What does that mean? A launch, prototypes arrived, sales took off and the business began making a profit? Did a retailer pick them up or were the sales over the Internet? At what stage is the business and how are profits split? Do they have a business adviser or lawyer?

Imagine how troublesome to find out your bf, who is also your business partner (or you're his - whatever the arrangement was), is cheating on you (if true). What does that mean to your life overall? He doesn't want me anymore? Does that mean all the work I've put in will be stolen and I'm out? Who holds the power? (Trust no one for sure!) This factor makes their relationship much more complicated imo.

Depending how much money went into the business, maybe they did have an insurance plan together.
Now I'm very curious about the business.

I know... can you imagine all the car and truck experts there are out there that would be able to spot a certain type of vehicle probably down to the wheels and rims.

good questions about the business venture.
so does that mean with her missing he is doing all that for himself?? I am confused about that part as well.
My understanding is that she did the screen-printing herself along with the designs/graphics and marketing..
so I am sure she had to have upgraded software programs for that along with ability to screen print ..could have just been heat
press or an actual digitizer machine -not sure or she could have outsourced part of that as well.

I forgot to mention something:
Insurance will not pay out anything on missing person as far as I know.
Laws very from state to state. I believe I remember reading 4-7 years before the missing person can be declared deceased by the state. Texas is a 7 year state. Unless it is a mass casualty issue say like a plane crash ..then it can be sooner but will still take time going thru the legal system.

LE made the statement about the three cars very early. LE may have the information they need now but aren't releasing the information. It takes times to examine all the video and gather more video from other locations to determine if relevant information can be pieced together. If Plano turned the video over to the FBI, that would add time too.

The fact LE hasn't asked for help from the public makes me think they at least know the names of the car owners and have spoken to them.

The PI's instructions aren't a secret. Officer Tilley stated eight people are working on the case and the FBI is available if needed. In this case, for some reason, they're not sharing any evidence.

Probably why there are not any more mass searches going on.
I believe once a list of POI's are established they will issue search warrants ..in a case like this that could span over several counties the Texas Rangers will be involved.

:sigh: There is nothing wrong with "these people".

Why do they have outstanding warrants - some owing over one or two thousand dollars?
Does one get six warrants if only involved in one incident? Four warrants or even just two?
If traffic related, does one keep their license with outstanding warrants?

Maybe I don't understand what it means to have warrants attached to one's name.
If you do, will you please explain?

"These people" refers to people who have outstanding warrants according to police public reports.
Don't know what you're thinking. The list consists of 464 pages consisting of thousands of names.
Maybe every city has a list that long - I've never looked before.

Yes and am aware payout is rare (I always thought before 7 years) for missing persons. I'm not familiar with business insurance plans though - like if one person falters for whatever reason.

Aside from focusing on potential insurance payout, having insurance might indicate the seriousness of the business - if that makes sense. If someone didn't want to tango anymore, how complicated would the business dealings become? How far along is the business and whose 'baby' is it (in their opinion)?

No, Police made it sound like the car was in the spot all along where she left it when they found it. But that was prior to any investigation on their part. No updates at all from LE stating any specific discoveries about the case.

Ok .. As far as the seriousness of the business.. further research into business entities with the Secretary of State and Comptroller's office would handle that. Under the specified trade name given I am seeing a no match found.
Could be just a DBA and no entity filing done.
