But we do know it has not rained inside that parking garage in the last 30+ days.... Or ever actually! So dogs should have been able to sniff out her path. Did she walk over to Walker Texas Stranger's car on the right? Or did she go to her car and then her trail leaves her car out into the middle of the lane as if she went into another vehicle? Or does her trail exit the garage as if she was picked up by a vehicle outside or she was trying to run to escape?

Dogs should definitely have been used!!

Wow that would be one giant leak inside a parking garage:drumroll:

Lame, lame, lame! Spanglish.... Tex-Mex.... This isn't our first rodeo.

I am sure several of the spanish network reporters would love to jump on this story... Are they not even making the Flyers in Spanish now??
Because I thought some one posted that the mom is doing Spanish missing posters now too.

:bump:

This is likely not a voluntary disappearance---agreed everyone?

I feel like she voluntarily went with someone, however I don't feel that it was her intention to disappear forever.

Exactly!
I think there is good reason his name has not been let out.
And wouldn't a dog hit on his car if she was ever in it?
I would think his car was thoroughly searched by LE. Sure hope so !

Yeah, it's weird. I mean do they not release his name because if they do there could be a crazed witch hunt or serious harassing of the guy since he's the last to be seen with her? Is that a reason the police would have for not releasing his name? Just asking because I have no idea if they do that.

Sal never answered the question about Mountainview... Mountainview was just thrown out there then nothing! Haha... So random. If he/she answered, will someone tell me what's up with that?

Yeah, we are like dogs waiting on a bone with that one. Never answered when we asked about it afterwards. :waiting:

It turned out to be nothing relevant to this case.

Yes I see your thinking on this ... had they not co-mingled and cohabited..it would be as easy as come get the dog do not call me
but in a reality situation ..there is finding new place to live ,moving ,bills, business and such

Well we don't know whos apt it is.
Did he rent it and she moved in?
Did she rent and he moved in?
Did they rent it together?

Sal never answered the question. Also, what happened to the retired cop that was posting (Svede ? ) who mentioned he was in contact with the report BF covering the story, said she was newest newbie ever and that LE is protecting WTS because his dad is chief's son :rumor:

Svede talked to a Plano newspaper reporter on Twitter. He's not exactly "in the know" if you know what I mean.

Imo..to put some light on this ...
Actually it was stated on here that it is not an apartment..a house/duplex.
as far as who rented it and when they moved in ..is a non issue
Under Texas Codes of Tenants... she has just as much right to live there as he does. she established her legal address there.
one would have to give the other a certified notice of intent to move in 30 days or be served a 30 day eviction notice.
For Example: The way the law is written; If on Fri the 29th of Aug he had a certified notice of eviction served by process or certified mail that she signed for ... She would have had until Midnight Oct 1st 2014 to be completely moved out.because the 30days starts not on the day received but the 1st day of the following month..So Sept.1st 2014 but then again ..she could have appealed the eviction thru the lower courts as well.

Which part?? No clothing description ??

Felony arrest or indictment...hmmm.
This, to me, means one of two things.
One...foul play was involved and they don't have enough info to nab their guy.
Two...this is just to pacify the public with a minimal reward offer when this is not even a possibility.

I think there was foul play involved. JMO.

I think that's pretty standard for rewards on cases like this because otherwise people would be lining up with all the crazy rumors we've heard and expect to be paid off for them.

Okay in the Lake Oconee, Georgia case of Shirley and Russell Dermond, (and wildebeest can back me up on this), they had a $15,000 reward for information leading to information regarding Mrs. Dermond. She was missing. Mr. Dermond was dead in their home garage, but his head was gone. LE surmised that Mrs. Dermond's body was in Lake Oconee and expected her body to be found about a week after it was thought she went missing. It was in fact two weeks later when her body was found by 2 fisherman. They sought to claim that $15,000 reward and there was some stink raised about giving the reward money to the fisherman because apparently there was some finely worded print that stated leading to the felony arrest and indictment of whomever murdered the Dermonds. Long story short I'm glad it is plainly worded in Christina's poster because I don't think the fisherman ever got the reward for finding Mrs. Dermond.

Also, the reward for information leading to the arrest and indictment of whomever committed the Dermonds' murders is only about $55,000. Great Waters/Reynolds Plantation did finally make a donation to bring the reward up to that amount. You would think that Shops at Legacy would also contribute to the reward leading to the arrest and indictment in Christina's case. Maybe they donated the $5000. :dunno: I am curious about if Shops at Legacy has donated any cash amount to the reward. I know they did help with making sure some of the TES searchers had motel rooms because Christina's mother said it in an interview. She thanked Shops at Legacy personally helping in that respect.

In my eyes this means the reward stands IF a crime was committed and the tip giver knows this and rats out the person(s) responsible.
It isn't valid if she is happily living somewhere else and gets spotted. (There was no crime committed and no one to rat out, hence no reward.
Neither is valid in case she has taken her own life and somebody finds her body. (Here was also no crime committed, hence no reward.)

This is just my view of why the reward was worded the way it was. I think most rewards are constructed this way, just worded differently. But the end results are the same.

IMO

Oh ok ..Sorry .. I was going along the lines of the Cohabitation .and It is not a EASY break up situation with everything.

She was living with AF(exbf) in late summer of 2013 , AF himself stated she cheated on him with his best friend by October2013 and she and he have lived together from that point forward.
So her relationship according to news media only ended Oct 2013.
They lived in a house according to media.
