Omg! WOW! WOW! How terribly sad for Christine and her family and those babies! But very thankful those babies are okay.

As others have said, let's hope it was a medical issue. Prayers!

Heartbreaking news. I am glad that it does not seem like she was murdered by the dad (think Sievers) so these kids will have one parent to be there to hold them and love them.

How did the children survive 3 days without food, water, and in the heat?

I don't know how it's possible they could go that long, especially the littlest one. It was only 70ish, but that gets incredibly hot in the car.

Heart attack? Stroke? Seizure? Aneurism? Oh, my. Did the children fall asleep? Did the oldest child know her mom was "sick"? Maybe they thought she was just taking a nap. I'm glad the children are alive & apparently physically unhurt.

There are a lot of questions we will prolly will never get answered.

Eternal rest, Christine.

Why didnt anyone notice? Target parking lot is usually busy. Someone should have seen them. 😥

Where was she parked in that lot? Was it in a semi-secluded place or just in the regular section of the parking lot?

How did people parking close by her car or walking past her car not notice Mom slumped over or crying babies in the car?

Why did a manager not notice a lone car in the parking lot when he opened the store in the morning or closed it at night? Being the only car in the lot is a pretty obvious sign, I would think, to at least drive by the car to check for any occupants or visible problems.

It is too early for the release of autopsy reports. Of course, we know those tox reports won't be back for about 6 weeks, so if there are no visible signs of injury, we may be sitting on our hands waiting. Another peculiar case!

Is this a suicide - right out in the open? Right in front of her 3 small children? I hope her oldest daughter is a talkative child who can give some insight to what happened here.

RIP Christine.

If you look at the weather in the area, it was cool enough not to be a problem at all for the kids. If it's overcast, the inside car temperature doesn't rise higher than the outside temperature, which was apparently in the 70's at most.

It does seem this is a huge problem, strapping kids into a carseat they can't get out of. Surely the 5 year old is old enough to have opened a door and summoned help if she were not basically tied down. By the time my kids were that age, they could release their own car seat belts. I wonder if this was the case here.

From the news pics it looks as if she was parked far away from the store, near a tree. I don't think that seeing a car in the lot after hours is all that unusual but for 3 nights in a row, yes. I would like to think I would notice that.

There is a SuperTarget in Frisco. Curious as to why she would have gone to the one in McKinney. It's possible they may have lived closer to the McKinney border.

I am pretty sure that Target is a Super Target opened 24 hrs. Always busy. Huge parking lot. I haven't read all the comments but I found it so odd that Mr. Woo said he went to work to fulfill obligations then he proceeded to call Christine's mom and then the police.... When he said he didn't know he didn't know he didn't have to wait 24 hrs, he could of atleast called the mom at that time... And it seems even if you think you have to wait you would want to call the police, hospitals, friends... I mean his wife and 3 babies were missing. He noticed nothing was taken from the home including hoodies so he didn't think she took off...so if he didn't think she took off where did he think she was without all their stuff... And if you watched the grainy video of her walking into Walgreens...she looks trepidacious..walking kinda slow... And I wonder what she bought at Walgreens... Although it doesn't seem likely the husband is involved since he was at work... His lack of action seems horrible to me.... Not normal.

Its possible, imo, that it did not occur to the child to get out of the car. I was once left in a car while my mom went into a video store. I was about 5. She was gone for what seemed like a long time. It was hot and my baby brother was in a car seat next to me, he was pouring sweat and crying. I poured water on him and watched the door of the video store...never even considered getting out. I trusted my mom to come back.

FTR, my mom did not mean to take so long, we were fine, and it never happened again. She regrets it to this day.

Are tinted windows a part of the problem? You can't see into a car so a passing Target customer, unless they approached the car and pressed their hands next to their faces to peer into the car, could not have seen in?

Also, why didn't she have her cell phone on her.... So strange...something odd must of happened in her home...she leaves her phone and the kids jackets at home...she looks like she is walking the plank walking into Walgreens... Something off....

Thanks. This seems too odd not to be at least considered a possible crime.

A Frisco mother missing since Monday was found dead in her SUV Thursday with her three young children alive beside her in a McKinney shopping center parking lot. The boy and two girls were taken to Children’s Medical Center Plano for evaluation, Frisco police spokesman Benito Valdez said. The children were severely dehydrated, KDFW-TV (Channel 4) reported. Christine Thi Woo’s husband called police Tuesday afternoon to report she was missing with Lauren Woo, 5, Nathan Woo, 3, and Leah Woo, 1.
