The San Antonio Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Chysander Helio Rosas, 5 years old, who was last seen on Saturday, July 27th at 6 pm. The child was left in the care of a 23 year old Hispanic female named Cynthia in the area of Harlan and Pleasanton. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Missing Persons at 210.207.7660.
