On October 23, 1984, Cindy Heller left a dance studio and went to a restaurant. She never returned home. Her vehicle was found at the Hunter’s Ridge Apartments, 4850 River Ranch Rd. On January 5, 1985, Cindy Heller was found deceased in a ravine behind the TCU Physical Maintenance Plant. She had been strangled. She lived on Bellaire Dr in Fort Worth.
