Affidavit: Dallas man arrested after woman found dead in his apartment, wrapped up in bedding in his closet
The victim is a 27-year-old woman found dead in the apartment the suspect came out of, police say.

Upon arrival, police found the suspect, 34-year-old Omar Lucio, who refused to come outside, police said. At about 3 a.m., Lucio came outside and was arrested, police said.
