The news video in post # 208 says they were divorced in June.

They also divorced in February 2017 so they did remarry.

Is that just a filing or did the docket complete? There should be a decree issued if it went to completion. If that isn't in the docket they would still be married legally.

They didn't divorce previously. Dismissed for want of prosecution means the petitioner did not continue the process by not showing up for a proceeding or explicitly ended the process.

So one or both of them petition for the divorce, but someone didn't show up. This makes things all the more curious, IMO.

There is a petitioner and a respondent (analogous to plaintiff/defendent). The petitioner is driving the bus. The respondent is riding the bus. The petitioner is the only one that can stop the bus.

Also I want to mention something that isn't being talked about and I'm not sure why. There was another person she was texting with around 7:20 that Friday morning. I don't know if this person juts isn't a person of interest or if they are keeping this on the down low because he is. Anyway, it was a man who she was suppose to do a walk through with that morning and she supposedly texted him around that time to cancel because her kids school was cancelled. This guy posted this information on a post on her page. Just find it kinda weird that no one is talking about this at all. Maybe it all checked out ok and that is why??

IMO, this is a great find! That post is on Crystal's realtor page and not her personal page. Hopefully all of her accounts are being reviewed by LE.

The way it works (at least on a web browser) as near as I can figure it. You click the "+ on each message you want to quote and then on the last one you did that on click reply with quote and you should see all the messages you checked quoted in the reply box. And then you can type to under each quoted message what you want to say. Hopefully it works.


ETA: The most important thing. After you post your reply to those multiple posts you have to go back and uncheck them or they will show up in every reply you try to make as long as they remain checked.

I am on an I phone and I did it several times. I am also using tapatalk so maybe it's different. My icon shows what looks like a person with a plus sign. When I click it I am following that person and a check mark comes on.

Jmo, whatever happened she probably is not okay. Not being in touch for all this time, during the worst storm in history? When it has been possible to text, message, etc.? Who does that? Imo you would have to hate everyone in your life to do that, or have gone completely off the rails, neither of which seems likely.

Surely they have pinged her phone by now and hopefully they have a handle on this. Reporting is very tight on this case. I think there is a LOT going on behind the scenes. Waiting...
