Has there been confirmation as to where the kids were throughout the entire day? If they were with the ex-husband in the town house all day then it would certainly be difficult for him to have done everything.

I pray that this is all a misunderstanding and she simply ended up somewhere else in the the chaos of the oncoming storm.

Relationship with BF was going awfully fast. A lot of future plans in a very short time. All this going on while she was freshly divorced but living in EX's house.
Add in that the EX doesn't know about the boyfriend but she's staying out all night with BF.

JMO, but BF appears to have fallen very hard for CM and maybe he was having a very hard time with her staying with EX.

I would like to know when BF was told that she was living with EX.

It's good that LE wants to see the entire video of CM leaving BF's home and not settle for the still photos he furnished.

Just a few things I'm pondering.

Relationship with BF was going awfully fast. A lot of future plans in a very short time. All this going on while she was freshly divorced but living in EX's house.

This is something to think about. Maybe she couldn't make up her mind. It can be VERY hard to leave when there are kids involved, no matter how fairytale-like a new relationship is. The fact that the divorce was kept so secret might mean she was not ready to make a clean break just yet. Either man could be highly upset about the other. The uncle seems extremely involved in her life as well and she has a friend who is somewhat obsessed too. Add in strangers who could have fixated on her. Ugh. No shortage of people who might have snapped over this beautiful woman.

So can someone clarify something for me. From posts a few pages ago it sounded like there were going to be two cruises... one leaving on the 31st with just BF and Crystal, and then a family cruise another time after that.

But from the transcript linked above, it sounds like the cruise leaving the 31st WAS going to be for all of them. There was an European trip for just the two of them but only one cruise is discussed.The interviewer asks him if the uncle and kids were going and he said that was correct. That he had not met the kids yet but that he thought she would be introducing them prior to the cruise.

So which is it? Was the cruise leaving the 31st going to include her kids? Did the ex know about the cruise? Because if this ex has threatened her before I could see a conversation about this going very poorly .

Well you must have read my mind because I was about to dedicate a post to address the very issues that CM could have been facing. I totally agree. The history of the divorce/no divorce/divorce plus having two children and then living with the ex and not telling him that she is pursuing another relationship shows to me that there is still a very strong attachment between she and the ex. Maybe things were going so fast pace with the BF that she was overwhelmed. Maybe she did not know how to get out of going on the cruise and hopefully she took off.
That would be the best case scenario. I can't imagine keeping a BF secret from your EX but be planning on leaving on a cruise in a week. It was getting awfully close to cruise time. I wonder who was supposedly going to keep the children while she was away on the cruise. JMO

Well he's a jeweler and probably is used to having cameras covering all areas of his home and business. I'm not saying it's common, imo, but I don't think there's necessarily anything that odd about it. If someone breaks into your home, you'd like to be able to get a look at them in whatever room they are targeting.

If she has an iPhone she could have read it from her home screen without opening the message which would not be indicated with a read receipt.

One of Crystal's friends was going on cruise and invited her. This was for the August 31st cruise.
