Phone pinged not far from where the boyfriend's jewelry store is at.

Someone correct me if i am wrong.

Hmmm, while it does make it seem more likely the BF could be responsible (and his declaration of innocence is kinda weird), I still think the ex could have potentially followed her or found her if he had a suspicion or found out she was dating the BF. Texting to meet him at work while being elsewhere seems to initially provide an alibi, although I'm sure LE have or will be looking into where he was when that text was sent.

But I could also see a client or complete stranger being responsible. And I'm not ruling out voluntarily missing (although it's at the bottom of my list).

It seems to me that the hurricane could have assisted in any of these scenarios.

Can anyone familiar with the rules regarding maps let me know what can be included as far as those mentioned in MSM and addresses that have not been mentioned? Is a pin or polygon near, but not on, a home address okay?

So sorry if this has already been discussed, but I don't think it has and I haven't been able to catch up yet. I suddenly feel it could have been a random abduction. I looked into the view of the billboard picture that she took with her phone. It is NOT from the actual road. She would have had to pull off into a shopping center parking lot or into the grass in the area behind the jewelry store. (In the aerial view photo below you can see there seems to be a worn area in grass right off of main road where cars have driven.) Did she get OUT of her car? Walk into the grass? Did a stranger stop thinking she needed help and things went terribly wrong? My photos below are from Google Earth.

Just noticed one more thing too...If you enter the addresses of the important locations so far (the billboard picture, the area the phone was pinging, and where the car was found IN THAT ORDER) on Google Maps, it is basically a straight shot from the photo area to the pinging area. Someone could have made a straight beeline for a somewhat desolate area. From there, it's a very short distance to hop on the highway which goes directly to the motel where the car was left.

Couldn't she have just used the zoom?

If she wanted a quality picture to use for advertising purposes she wouldn't have wanted to zoom in. It's possible though. Pictures become worse and worse the more you zoom in, even with the new age of smart phones and 'iPhone photography.'

That is one of the things i have been thinking.

Ex husband waited for her

Oh ok, thanks. Is the search taking place where the ping was?

Couldn't she have just used the zoom?

Thought of that, but to get that angle from the major cross street down the road, I think it looks too far based on street view on Google Earth.

I don't think it was for advertising. She was thanking her BF and showing her uncle.

The dishwasher comment bugs me. It seems out of place. It also seems odd they would deliver it on the day of a big storm. Who's house was it delivered to? Hers, or the ex husband's? And how was the old one (if there was an old one) disposed of? Seems like a small person could fit inside a dishwasher, and no one would bat an eye at someone taking a dishwasher (wrapped in plastic possibly?) to the dump.

Wasn't it at a bridge? Or is that bridge and river near the jewelry store. There was a picture of the bridge last night.

Technically the phone pinged not more than 8 mikes from her TH, the EX house, The BF and the store. Is pretty centrally located between everything imo

If so, what did he do with the children?

NOT saying this is alright, because I wouldn't even leave my 9 year old home alone, but plenty of people I know leave their kids home alone. I have a friend who leaves her 8 and 7 year olds home alone all the time.

Frankly, if one was going to murder their kids' mom, I doubt they would think twice about leaving the kids alone. Parents who murder the other parent just aren't that concerned about what is in the best interest of the kids.

Unless this was carefully premeditated, I don't see either the bf or ex being involved.

If one of them snapped, I don't see that either because ex was with the kids and bf has the surveillance outside his place. Do we know where BF was the rest of that morning?

Leaning to stranger at the moment.

I haven't heard BF say where he was that morning. I guess he was at work? He says he was in the shower when she left his apartment so I guess he was getting ready for work.

Yes, very true. I do think however that LE would know by now if they were not with their dad that morning. But who knows, LE isn't telling us anything.
Another option could be a third party hitman, but I highly doubt that.

I am still struggling with the fact that the picture taken of the billboard is so dark but the surveillance pics of her are so bright and sunny looking..

Couldn't she have just used the zoom?

It's not about the zoom, but rather the angle. She had to be at that angle to get that shot. If she was closer, she'd be in the grass between that road and the sign. The map doesn't show what is 'behind' that spot on that driveway, but why would she go 'farther' away from the sign if she could pull over and stay on pavement and get as close a shot as possible. Now, I would like to try to find the google map of that shot, so I could pull back even more and see if there was another road pretty close to that that she could get that angle of a shot on. I would think, though, that she'd take it from the closest that she could, without traipsing into that grass. My opinion only, as someone who has her husband pull over often to take photos, lol.

Can you help me find the wider view on google earth of that area?
