FWIW, the water photo shows as posted at 10:00 for me here in Eastern time zone.
That time is when he posted it. He could have taken the photo the day before or whenever and had it in his phone and posted it at another time.

She sent the text of the jewelry store sign at 7:27am so she had to leave his house before then. He got to work about 8 and they said that video supports her leaving approx 30 minutes before him. They said the cameras at the entrance to his subdivision and at an intersection corroborate that. (I believe that was from Nancy Grace)

Does the video show that Crystal is driving, or does it just show the car and you can't tell who is behind the wheel?

I'm asking that because the video showing her getting to her car is the one that is time stamped from 6 days earlier.

So I'm just curious as to whether the intersection video actually shows her driving or could it be someone else.

He is a jewelry store person and he
is the manager of the store.

You miss the point. There is more to it than him being the manager of a jewelry store. He works in that store, but that doesn't mean he is the sales person. He runs the store and works with their Belgium office. All the more reason why he would be there early. He is primarily the gemologist and diamond broker. He also doesn't just work at that shop. The tab on their website for "Antwerp trip" is informative.

They also showed him on Ashleigh Banfield in a still from the jewelry unlocking the door to get in.

At 7:00 am? I'm not even sure why that text about the water is relevant. We don't know where he was when it was posted. and it doesn't say "come right now for water!" It says to come at 10:00 am.

Wait, sorry for the off topic, but I thought the girl who went missing from the Raleigh airport Starbucks was found dead in her vehicle in a parking garage?

No, she was found alive, they did if i remember correctly, take her to be checked out at a local hospital where she was found.

No, they showed him getting there at 8am

Not this one, I followed the case on here and she was found in her car, alive, in a parking garage. Not sure why she left her shift abruptly but she was found safe and sound.

Ah, ok. Different case than the one I knew of. I can't recall the other girl's name. Thank you for the link!

Correct, he got to work about 30 minutes after crystal left according to Ashleigh Banfield.

I'd have to watch again, but from what I remember it does.

I've never even worked at a jewelry store, yet I could name a millions reasons why it would be good for a manager to get their early. Going over paperwork from the previous day, depositing any extra cash at the bank, getting a head start on jewelry repair orders and making sure completed compares are ready for pick-up, etc. Or, you know, since there was a hurricane about to make landfall: making sure the perimeter was secure, moving the most expensive pieces to a safe in case their are looters, etc.

Maybe it was a friend of ex husband and crystal?

So why is everyone worked up about the time on that text? I'm so confused! But that's my brain working slowly because no sleep!

I think because the time on the water picture says 7am, which would have been before Crystal left the apartment. Also, maybe because the photo she allegedly snapped and sent from his store that morning. Her real estate billboard.

Here's my guess. If she took the picture and sent it (something like 7:23 or whenever it was) and he was posting the water picture from the store at 7am, it would show he was not at home in the shower, but rather at the store when she got there and took the picture.

Is that relevant in that context? Maybe because he said he was home at that time, not at the store.

Overall, I don't think it's relevant because, as others said, the time stamp appears to be different based on which time zone you're viewing it from. So, if I'm on the east coast -- which I am -- if I see the stamp as say 10am, that would mean he actually posted it at 9 of he is in central time zone (which I think he is) or what have you.

For the record, when I look at the photo, the time stamp says 9am, which means he posted it at 8am central time.

I just had an opportunity to watch a short video clip (1:58) of A. Banfield show.

My first impression of the kitchen scene was that CM was slouching a little like she may have had too much to drink. No judgement there.

And when she was walking to her car I noticed like a lot of other posters that she looked around a bit. She might have been thinking about the incoming storm?

This is all my observations and opinion.

I agree with others that TxEq coming back is a big deal.

I finally had a chance to watch this video. I know it's so hard to "read" what is going on without the entire video. But I did find it weird she walked into a dark room and just stood there with her purse while bf walked in and went to the cabinet and got a glass of water. If she was familiar with his home, why did she not walk into the kitchen and switch on the light? And if she had just walked in (which I assume she had because she still had her purse in her hand), he didn't come up and kiss her hi or look at her???? I could see her standing there telling him she had a horrible headache and he was walking to get her a glass of water and advil too though. It could go either way.

I would be interested to see an extended video of her getting into the car. Did she sit there a few minutes before pulling out? Not that it would say much more but did she make a phone call or text before pulling away? The way she was carrying her shoes really makes me think she was going to ex's right away to change and shower, not go straight to a RE meeting or to meet someone else.

I'm beginning to think she did stop somewhere for water and was abducted. I think it will be someone connected to her though somehow.

Just an observation, judging by the placement of her car in this video (link cued up to start playing where car is parked...) https://youtu.be/F6szaOVGJT4?t=1m10s

FWIW, it seems her car MAY NOT have been backed in (...irrelevant but noted) https://goo.gl/maps/SJXLkzEMb3C2

ETA: Thoughts? Feedback??? Perceptions?? (LOL)

Hmmm...I'm going to say backed in. Mostly because the other cars are facing forward except hers and the white one. Then I thought maybe she parked on gas station side and her car floated foward, but.....that's out because it looks like the other cars floated TOWARDS the gas station, not away.

What I do find interesting is she is parked in between the gas station and the motel. From the way it sounded, she was parked directly in a spot in front of the motel. This makes it seem like she could have gone to the gas station OR the motel. To park in that mid-lot makes me think she was meeting someone there to drop something off, not to meet at the Motel 6. IF she drove her car there.....

Could someone clarify...
In the above video, the kitchen shot is of a different day than the driveway shot?

I take it to be the evening she got there. Car shot was next morning. But don't quote me on that [emoji15]
