The conversation with BB from Alabama where the conversation was about whether or not to tell her ex-husband he wasn't going on the cruise. That is deception. In her texts with her ex she mentioned going to Dallas and "maybe I'll keep the kids with me" (read how it is worded, it suggests she had already had plans to go to Dallas without the kids) Yet when the ex-husband showed the texts to her Uncle he said he didn't know about her going to Dallas. The BF claims he didn't know about Dallas either. That suggests deception.
I agree. There was apparently a lot of rather "shady" (IMO) things going on. I still can't make myself believe 90% of what being said by the boyfriend. Regardless of what Hawthorne says about corroborating evidence etc either. Many inconsistancies in the bf story has been proven that things "could" happen a different way. But, most theories are based on just what the boyfriend says and I can't necessarily buy all of what he is selling.Yes it is. It can make all the difference in the world. You need to know about Crystal and what she was up to in the days, weeks, and months leading up to her disappearance. There could be someone from months ago that hasn't even come up yet. It is not uncommon to find that if you start opening up the closets of a victim all kinds of skeletons come falling out and things are not even remotely as they had seemed to be. There is already evidence of secrecy and deception on the part of the victim not too long before she disappeared. The BF story has changed more than once in terms of the length of the relationship.
When you are seeing and hearing deception it is important to learn just why that is. Knowing just how long this relationship has really been going on or even if there were other relationships besides the BF is important. Without knowing these kinds of things you are working with blinders on.

Some things just don't click for me, and yes, I will say it, he may not be guilty of anything to do with Crystal's disappearance but, there is something off about him. Some of that could be for the ex's benefit, trying to make things a little bigger than what they are. That is one reason I am starting to lean away from the boyfriend. He is kinda shady, and seems somewhat of a button pusher and less than truthful. I still don't think he did anything to her.

Yes exactly!!!I agree and I think missing her afternoon appointment clued her Uncle in that something could be wrong. Thankfully.

The sheriff has confirmed that she left the boyfriend house about 7:20-7:25 and the boyfriend's left about 30 minutes later. That puts her at the billboard taking the picture and sending it to Jeff and the boyfriend about 7:27am and the boyfriend arriving at work about 8am. They used different surveillance footage to corroborate what his footage showed and what he said.

Do you know who provided that screenshot to Ashley Banfield? The text messages say she would take THEM to Dallas.
I don't see the deception. She was divorced and was contemplating telling him about relationship with the new BF.
These are my own opinion.

Very probable if he paid. If someone else paid there may not be contact info specifically to him. The boyfriend could have recieved it, because they would need to share info and get info from him to make sure he is prepared for the trip. JMO. Also, if the ex paid, he would need to be the person who changes the reservation to add him on and remove himself, I think. What if the ex husband also received an email from the Cruise line saying his ticket was canceled (a confirmation) and this set him over the edge.
The BF said he received an email saying he was going on a cruise.

Oh sure, anything is possible. But the conversation with BB was specifically about whether she should tell her ex or not rather than when she was going to tell him. What if the ex husband also received an email from the Cruise line saying his ticket was canceled (a confirmation) and this set him over the edge.

I want to know who it was that provided the screen shot to Ashley Banfield because I was not aware that she talked with the ex. So I would like to know who it was that gave that screen shot to the show. It is rather important to know that.In those texts, we can say for certain that she told the ex she was not going to Dallas with the kids.

Yes, I can see this also but I believe she paid because her family members were also going on cruise.

Not what I asked. And, it is very clear from the messages that she was not going to Dallas. That was never in doubt. In those texts, we can say for certain that she told the ex she was not going to Dallas with the kids.
