I agree. There was apparently a lot of rather "shady" (IMO) things going on. I still can't make myself believe 90% of what being said by the boyfriend. Regardless of what Hawthorne says about corroborating evidence etc either. Many inconsistancies in the bf story has been proven that things "could" happen a different way. But, most theories are based on just what the boyfriend says and I can't necessarily buy all of what he is selling.
Some things just don't click for me, and yes, I will say it, he may not be guilty of anything to do with Crystal's disappearance but, there is something off about him. Some of that could be for the ex's benefit, trying to make things a little bigger than what they are. That is one reason I am starting to lean away from the boyfriend. He is kinda shady, and seems somewhat of a button pusher and less than truthful. I still don't think he did anything to her.
