I’d like opinions on the 3 mp’s I posted. Myrtle’s height is off by a few inches, but the uid is skeletonized.

These are the only three that made sense within the search parameters I used in Namus, but I only searched within Texas.

I wonder how close the body was found to major highways or interstates…

How far away is this from the killing fields?

It’s hard to know, since it just states the skeletonized remains were found in a vacant field. There is a zip code listed, however. I’m going to look that up.

I wonder who the vacant field belonged to and who found the remains. Were the remains hidden or dumped in plain sight?

Here is a map of the zip code 75241. It is very developed today, I wonder what it was like in the 80s.
I-45 and I-20 both run through this area.

Looks like the killing fields were near League City, 25 miles SE of Houston, so not near where this UID was found.

Sounds like this is a killing fields case to me personally. I wish we had more info and a sketch

The killing fields (League City) and zip code 75241 are about 250 miles apart when I entered them on Google maps. However, I-45 does go straight through both…

JMO: I think the height difference is too big for Myrtle, making a match improbable (but not impossible). However the date/age/state are close enough matches.

I think the other 2 ladies are too young.

We should look at women missing from other states. It's sad that there are no exclusions, and I wonder if this Jane-Doe has identifiers available, especially DNA.
