Community Awareness Bulletin – Agg. Sex Assault Suspect Sought




The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect involved in an aggravated sexual assault of a child. On January 1, 2022, at about 5:00 p.m., an unknown suspect committed an aggravated sexual assault of a child in the 17800 block of Campbell Road. The suspect is described as a Black female, 30 – 40 years of age, with long blond braids, and wearing a dark colored coat and skirt. The suspect was observed walking
two small white dogs and driving a red car.



Anyone having additional information involving this offense should contact Detective Richard Valencia #10780, with the Child Exploitation Unit, at 214-671-4339.

On Jan. 1 at about 5 p.m., an unknown suspect is alleged to have committed an aggravated sexual assault of a child in the 17800 block of Campbell Road.

@Knox, you may be correct on your comment -- The legs on the suspect look more like a male's legs IMO. Hmmm. LE may have more pics that do show a female, but I am skeptical with what I've seen so far...

Well that seems pretty unusual! A female committing a stranger sexual assault of a child seems very rare.

Dallas BOLO: she should not be that hard to find right now (until she changes her hair). Lots of identifying characteristics. Red car, small white dogs, blond braids.

This may be rare, being LE is looking for a female assaulter, but not unheard of. Maybe the child gave a good description of the perp as being female, or perhaps the person was just dressed like one. Either way, it's something to go on.

I think it’s a male pretending to be female. Take a look at those feet.

I think the cops know its a he. They must have a reason to refer to the perp as a she.

I wonder if this person always dresses as she or if they are just using elaborate disguise to commit a crime. I’ll bet the dogs are stolen, the car is stolen and the person doesn’t normally walk around with long blonde hair wearing a flouncy dress and man shoes.

Agree, the calves, feet, and over the top hair & dress gives it away. Cops know this, hopefully the perp is caught soon.

I wonder if any ring cameras in the area around the school, or even cameras at the school itself caught this person on camera? Hanging around a school at near dark seems pretty intentional. Walking dogs? Another tool to get a kid's attention.
