TX TX- Dallas, WhtMale, 18-29, UP17682, floating in River, September 1981.

He was found floating in the Trinity River. He was decomposed, one or more hand/limb missing. PMI unknown.
He is a white male between the ages of 18 and 29. He is 5'8 and 140 pounds. Hair/eye unknown.
He wore blue jeans with paint spots on them. He apparently carried a matchbook and a washcloth.

Quite a few men who would fit went missing in TX in 1981, so would love to know his rule outs.

Case
It says he's usually barefoot, which 17682 seems to be, and usually wears blue jeans. H/W lines up. Missing March 31, 1981, which is probably enough time to decompose to a corpse where they can't tell hair/eye colour.
*Found Mark's family FB page (don't like to do that but it came up on google) apparently he was schizophrenic and or suicidal. He got released from jail the day he went missing and refused to come home to them.
They said he was mostly homeless and walked around barefoot/'lives off the land'
