Wow, everyone. This young man went missing in 1986, there is NO information to be found online (at least by my search), and his NamUs case wasn't even created until September 2020. And it says nothing at all about the circumstances.
What happened here?

You could be onto something here, even the ears match. Pjk could be a family member? PJ kipp maybe?

Looks like David was born in SoCal. I wonder how he ended up in TX.

David Kipp lived at 14514 Springwater Hacienda Heights CA. He attended Los Altos High School and went into the Air Force in 1983. He went into Security Forces and conducted his technical training at Lackland AFB. I was in Basic Training at this time. We lived across the street from each other but did not hang with the same crowd. After I graduated from BMT, his father Gary came to visit us, David was in SF Technical school and I was awaiting surgery to pull wisdom teeth at Lackland AFB. He got stationed in Japan, I went to Germany. We became pen pals. He sent me a picture of girlfriend which I believe he married. I don't remember her name. Wondering if this is how he ended up in Ft Worth Texas. I heard he got out of the Air Force and disappeared. His family was distraught.

I think he was married in Tarrant County, TX (Fort Worth is in that county) for a short time, with an Eileen. That is if it's the same David.
