Delia Ruth Guerra, 22, disappeared on the morning of June 16, according to Socorro police. She was last seen in 250 block of Flor Del Sur Avenue, but authorities said information they've received suggests she traveled to Juarez later that day and "foul play may be involved."

Guerra is approximately 5'4" tall, weighing 170 lbs., brown eyes, and shoulder length straight black hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray tank top, and beige/gold Adidas shoes.

I assume (and I may be wrong) that the article in Post #1 is referring to Juarez, Mexico, which is right across a Border Crossing from Socorro, Texas:

I just picked a random spot on the outskirts of Juarez, just to see how long the route was to get over the border. From reading the reviews of that border crossing, it can take quite a while to get through. I hope Delia is OK, and that she will be found quickly, but reading that the authorities are concerned about "foul play" is very worrisome.
