[h=1]Still no answers in case of missing Splendora woman[/h]
Seven months have passed since the disappearance of Donna Kay Cloud, 19, of Splendora. Authorities say they have exhausted their leads but are continuing to follow new information as it is reported.

"We are doing everything we can," said Lt. Scott Spencer, spokesperson for the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. "We have no new information and have nothing to suggest she has been harmed. The detective has checked into every aspect of the case but has had no luck."

Thank you Gardener! This article had new information for me. I had always wondered if there was video available from the restaurant Donna was supposed to be at the day she disappeared. I hadn't previously read that there indeed was video and she was not seen at the restaurant.
"Detectives checked the surveillance video from the restaurant but found no signs of Cloud."
I live in Montgomery County and the MCSO posted Donna's flyer on the Nextdoor app yesterday. I'm signed up for this app and received an email notification. I'm sorry to hear there haven't been recent developments but am glad to see the MCSO still promoting awareness. Here's the flyer they posted.

Donna, if you're alive on this earth, please go to where you feel safe. Your son needs you. And if you're now watching over your son, I pray that you'll be found, and that there's justice.

From an article posted in early January:
Detectives said there is no evidence at this moment to suggest foul play or to support the notion Donna met up for a blind date.
I know this doesn't help, but I don't think there ever was a blind date, either. However, I do suspect foul play!

From the same article:

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office told ABC13 that Cloud is considered a missing person. Investigators said she and her family had some type of disagreement prior to her disappearance. They said they are concerned about the case and multiple detectives are assigned to it. They said Donna had no cell phone to trace for a location or credit cards and that she is known to hang out with an unsavory crowd.

If she never left the family in a vehicle and they can't account for how she left, I have to post a side eye. [emoji102]

She reminds me of Jennifer Lopez, especially in the picture on the right...

BBM. If she didn't have a cell phone how did she take all those selfie pics used on her missing posters? Did she recently lose her phone or have to stop paying for it due to financial difficulty? I wonder what the disagreement was about with her family.

I'm not 100 percent on foul play but sadly for her family and son I don't believe she is walking among us. Hopefully, I am wrong.

Would you all mind giving me your thoughts on this "piece"? I'm not sure what to call it, but I just stumbled upon it tonight, and clearly someone took a lot of time to put all of this information together about Donna's disappearance. It's quite long, so if any of you can find time to read it, I'd love to hear any opinions and thoughts.

It is my pleasure. I understand why people on here are getting a little confused about her case, lots of misinformation has been spread through our local community as well as bad investigative work from their former PI and bad reporting on the story.

I noticed a made a little bit of a mistake but I did fix it, all the places she went to was within about a 2/3 day period, from 10/25 to 10/27.

Welcome! Donna's disappearance has really affected me, and I hope she is found safe. I have a question about the couple days that have been traced; Is this typical behavior for Donna?

Thank you for sharing this important information KMD1015. As a fellow Texan with family in that area I have been keeping an eye on this thread. I do have a question though. Did LE check out each place her phone pinged and was she seen in each area or could it have been just her phone traveling to those places to throw LE off?

This is absolutely not normal behavior for Donna Kay. She's a teen, and sometimes she was known to go out for a few days, but she would always make sure to contact someone like her dad and make sure he knows that she's okay. Something that struck me as scary and a bit odd is that when her dad messaged her after she left the house saying it wasn't a good idea because she didn't know this guy, Donna said that they were going to go back to his house and watch Redbox movies that she might be home in the morning, but if she's not home by 2 am to call the cops. Then she texted him the next day saying the date went well and that she would call if she needed anything. Donna definitely would have called someone to check in, she almost always keeps very close contact with her family. And as far as her movements, I highly doubt that a tiny girl like her would willing go into the area she went into, especially the Westchase area, which isn't the worst part of Houston, but there are lots of robberies and assaults that have been happening in the area recently.
