Amber Alert issued for boy abducted near San Antonio

Atascosa County, Texas (KWTX) Authorities in Atascosa County issued an Amber Alert for Edgar Nathaniel Jesus Collins, a one-year-old boy last seen in Poteet, Texas.

The Atascosa County Sheriff's Office identified the suspect as Catherine Angeline Ocon, 28.

Investigators said Ocon is driving a blue, 1999 Plymouth Voyager with Texas license plate number LSJ-8380.

If you have information on the boy's whereabouts, call 911 immediately.

Atascosa County Sheriff's Office has issued an Amber Alert for 14-month-old Edgar Nathanial Jesus Collins.

Collins is a white male with black hair and brown eyes.

They are also searching for Catherine Angeline Ocon, a 28 year old white female, in connection with the child's disappearance. Ocon is 5'4", 120lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

The suspect is driving a Blue, 1999, Plymouth Voyager Mini-Van
with Texas License PlateS: LSJ-8380.

Atascosa County Sheriff David Soward told KENS 5 the child was taken by a biological parent who had recently lost custody of Edgar, adding that while there hasn't been an indication of where they may be heading, the parent does have family in the Midland area more than 300 miles away."

That's how it sounds to me too.
Thank God that Baby Edgar is OK.
I am concerned about Baby Edgar's future,
given the apparently lawless conduct of his biological parents
and CPS's having removed their custody because he was being abused.[1]
