It does fill up during monsoon season and since she was found in May it might have had a lot more water. Or she went in further upstream than EP and floated down and was got stuck and that's where they found her?

I couldn't see any additional possibles for this lady - wish my Spanish was better so I could check Mexican MP sites. I think her face is puffed from the water so she would normally not have been so rounded.
