Maybe Texas needs to reevaluate how they come to the conclusion of whom is labeled RUN AWAY, and who they label MISSING ENDANGERED.
Here are some more Run Away / Missing Girls age 9-16 that are from Texas.
These are only the ones that have completely vanished...

Excellent and you could contact the Laura Recovery Center and find out what needs to be done to get that plan in motion. They may have insight into a/why LE is listing teens as runaways b/endangered missing c/amber alert. These 2 recent cases should be huge RED flags and after reviewing the list of so many missing teens in Texas, I was horrified. Frankly, I recently read about a missing MO teen found deceased and LE seemed to be on it! I think Nationwide for missing children - 18 yrs and under needs to be the same. Kind of like Megan's law (see link regarding sex offender's)-
