Oh, I remember this. There's a thread for this story somewhere on WS. I'll never forget the pictures of this sweet child. She reminded me of Tinkerbell. so tiny and cute. Thank heavens she survived. What this so called mother did to her was inconceivable.

I'm not sure how I feel about this [unusual person] receiving only a twenty-year sentence. What she put her child through seems like it should cost more than twenty years.
