Heck yah, i'm p. sure the article is also in there but there's SO much. It was a high ranking member of city government I believe, and they suggested/ordered everyone search the sewer tunnels, and I think Jablonski was the guy who found her. They did an update with the guy recently and it's hard to watch. Poor man has a lot of PTSD from just finding her.
Oh yeah...I forgot that hubby used to ride the tunnels from his house near Kelly AFB to downtown. Erica's case is closed. They caught the guy(s) right away. Police made so many mistakes that they dropped the charges. Her killer had an IQ of around 60 ....Still looking:
