Vidor Police Department arrests former Orange County Deputy for aggravated kidnapping of a 12-year-old girl

November 17, 2024, the Vidor Police Department was notified of a man picking up and taking a 12-year-old girl to Lake Charles, Louisiana.

VIDOR, Texas — The Vidor Police Department has arrested 23-year-old, former Orange County Deputy and former Vidor ISD police officer, Ethan Majors, and charged him with aggravated kidnapping according to a press release from Vidor Police Chief Rod Carroll.

At 23, he’s very young to be a ‘former police officer.’ I’d be curious to know what other potential offending history he has that might explain that.
