AG pulled her vehicle over during the phone call. The phone call ended at 9:55:21 is when the phone call ends. AG then pulled her car back into the lane of traffic. Jean would be dead within 3 minutes and 44 seconds.
[So I think she was off the phone call before she parked her car, but she was already in the parking garage]
Pros. OS: The 4th floor has a completely different perspective of the building that is open to her left and right. She could have seen in any direction that she was on the wrong floor.
Omg,
State is bringing in intimate partner
5:55 pm they began texting
I need you to know this state says
I can’t show you the messages
But it’s important for you to know
AG had plans to have him come over
At 9:29 she texted him she was walking out
There was a “date@ plan
They talked from sub station for (16 min)
She was operating normally.
9:55 convo ends
AG parks wrong floor.
She backs up, parks.
Open air garage. Roof line visible.
She fails to see this is not right .
Pros OS: She used her key fob to enter the 4th floor hallway. She was walking for 1-2 minutes, past 16 different apartments, on the way to Jean's apartment.
The apartment number is on the side of the door, it is lit up.
Pros. OS: AG had no floor mat or anything in front of her door. It was blank concrete floor. Jean had an "extremely obvious bright red floor mat." Prosecutor pulled out the actual floor mat and displayed it to the jury.
Pros OS: AG was standing on the red mat as she entered her key fob into Jean's door.
"It seemed Bo did not lock his door that night....We know for a fact that he did not lock the door."
Pros. OS: She departed from her training and her orders as a Dallas PD police officer. LEOs must contain individual and call for backup if they are at all able to.
Pros. is describing differences in their apartments. AG had a large table in the way of the entrance, Jean had nothing like that. AG had clean apartment, Jean was messy. Jean used marijuana and his apartment smelled of it, presumably AG's did not.
Pros. will play the 911 call for the jury.
"You will hear she is more concerned or as concerned for how this will affect her.... There had not yet been an opportunity for her to embellish the story."
Pros. is pointing out AG never mentioned any threat, any fear for her life, any sign he was approaching her. She shot Bo because she thought he was in her apartment. That's it. ... She repeated 19 times she thought it was her apartment.
She texted her partner "I f***ed up" while on the 911 call. This text was displayed on the screen along with two others (in sequential order, all during the 911 call) but I missed the other two.
The texts were deleted off of her phone within a day or two, but they were able to preserve some information because LEOs acted so quickly to get them.
