Recess for the day

Recess for the day
There's no way this was an accident imo. No way. There is no justification. She knowingly and intentionally caused the death and committed an act dangerous to human life. There can be no question. State does not have to prove motive.
First Shot went it to the wall. The second bullet went into Mr. Jean .... why shoot twice if you didn’t intend to kill?
When I said I live in Dallas, it should have been, I love downtown Dallas. I fat fingered the key. Sorry. And I do agree he could have thought that, not having lived in Dallas all his life.Yeah, same. Born & raised in Dallas, work and live here too....so not right across the street, MY BAD, but off the same street just 4 min. walking distance!! And just stating, for the victim to have door unlocked maybe he felt somewhat safe because of the police station being only 4 min away from him??!!
They have not produced any witnesses nor evidence so far that shows she intentionally went to his apartment and killed him.
That is their whole case, that she knowingly and intentionally went to his apartment to kill him.

Police officers are trained to keep on shooting until the threat is neutralized.
There is no testimony which shot went where to my knowledge. If there is, would you care to share it?First Shot went it to the wall. The second bullet went into Mr. Jean .... why shoot twice if you didn’t intend to kill?
We know the motive. She was in fear for her life.
Yet she never says that during the 911 call when she explained what happened. We know the motive. She was in fear for her life.
A threat that just was sitting on the couch eating ice cream in his own house.
If so why didn't she ever say that in the 911 call?
It goes without saying IMO. I guess if you don't think she feared for her life, you think she did this on purpose just to murder someone?
If so why didn't she ever say that in the 911 call?
No, I no longer believe she went there to kill. But, I do believe she was angry not fearful. moo
